Terms and Conditions of the “Autumn Trading Fest with XAUT” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The Promotion Period runs from 12:00 UTC on September 9, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on October 9, 2025.

The First Stage of the Promotion runsfrom 12:00 UTC on September 9, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on September 18, 2025.

The Second Stage of the Promotion runs from 12:00 UTC on September 18, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on October 9, 2025.

The Promotion is held in all countries except Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Northern Mariana Islands, United States, Syria, Georgia, Republic of Lithuania, Sudan, South Sudan, “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic,” France, Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Spain, Canada, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, Australia, Great Britain, Austria, Japan, China, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the First Stage of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Registered on WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange as of the start of the Promotion and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
2. Press the “Take part” button on the Promotion page.
3. Deposited 0.015 XAUT or more to their Main Balance on WhiteBIT exchange during the First Stage of the Promotion.
4. These funds have remained continuously in the Participant’s Main balance or Trade balance on WhiteBIT exchange until September 18 (12:00 UTC), 2025, inclusive.

Participants of the Second Stage of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Registered onWhiteBIT website during the Second Stage of the Promotion or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange as of the start of the Second Stage of the Promotion and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
2. Clicked the “Join” button on the Promotion page.
3. Traded the XAUT/USDT pair on the spot market of WhiteBIT crypto exchange and reached a minimum trading volume of 50,000 USDT.

Participants who took part in the First Stage of the Promotion are eligible to participate in the Second Stage, and vice versa.

Attention!

The Leaderboard is a ranking table of Promotion Participants, formed based on trading volume (the Participant with the highest trading volume is at the top), which is updated every 30 minutes. Final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 UTC on October 9, 2025.

The trading volume includes the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant in the XAUT/USDT pair during the Promotion Period.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:

• Use wash trading (execute their own orders);

• Use accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special trading fee discounts granted to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders);

• Use API bots;

• Use corporate accounts (e.g., accounts created for exchange services);

• Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);

• Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.

Participants must fulfil the Conditions of both the First and Second Stages of the Promotion within the designated time frame for each Stage.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion during the First Stage Promotion Period have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Prize Pool, which amounts to 1 XAUT, to be distributed depending on the Conditions fulfilled:

• Participants who have made a deposit of between 0.015 XAUT and 0.03 XAUT have the opportunity to win 0.0045 XAUT or 0.006 XAUT (provided they participate in the Second Stage of the Promotion and achieve a trading volume of 50,000 USDT during the Second Stage of the Promotion).
• Participants who have made a deposit of 0.031 XAUT — 0.045 XAUT have the opportunity to win 0.0075 XAUT or 0.009 XAUT (provided they participate in the Second Stage of the Promotion and achieve a trading volume of 50,000 USDT during the Second Stage of the Promotion).
• Participants who have made a deposit of 0.046 XAUT — 0.06 XAUT have the opportunity to win 0.012 XAUT or 0.015 XAUT (provided they participate in the Second Stage of the Promotion and achieve a trading volume of 50,000 USDT during the Second Stage of the Promotion).
• Participants who have made a deposit of 0.061 XAUT or greater have the opportunity to win 0.018 XAUT or 0.025 XAUT (provided they participate in the Second Stage of the Promotion and achieve a trading volume of 50,000 USDT during the Second Stage of the Promotion).

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Prize Pool is 100 people.

Each Winner of the First Stage of the Promotion may receive only one Prize from the Prize Pool in a single category.

The first 20 Participants* in the Leaderboard, who fulfill all the Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion and achieve the highest trading volume (at least 200,000 USDT) during the Second Stage Promotion Period, will have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool, which is up to 2.5 XAUT, to be distributed as follows:

• 1st place in the Leaderboard — 0.5 XAUT or 0.52 XAUT (provided they participate in the First Stage of the Promotion);
• 2nd place in the Leaderboard — 0.4 XAUT or 0.42 XAUT (provided they participate in the First Stage of the Promotion);
• 3rd place in the Leaderboard — 0.3 XAUT or 0.32 XAUT (provided they participate in the First Stage of the Promotion);
• 4th place in the Leaderboard — 0.2 XAUT or 0.22 XAUT (provided they participate in the First Stage of the Promotion);
• 5th place in the Leaderboard — 0.1 XAUT or 0.12 XAUT (provided they participate in the First Stage of the Promotion);
• 6th–10th places in the Leaderboard — 0.07 XAUT or 0.08 XAUT (provided they participate in the First Stage of the Promotion);
• 11th–20th places in the Leaderboard — 0.04 XAUT or 0.05 XAUT (provided they participate in the First Stage of the Promotion).

*In case the number of Promotion Participants reaching the trading volume of 200,000 USDT is less than 20, the Main Prize Pool will not be distributed proportionally among such Participants, and the Prizes will be awarded according to the above-mentioned distribution, in accordance with the Participant’s place in the Leaderboard

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 20 people.

Other Promotion Participants (except for the Promotion Participants who took the first 20 places), who reached more than 50,000 USDT of trading volume on the defined pair during the Promotion Period, have an opportunity to become the Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Additional Prize Pool, which is up to 0.5 XAUT, namely 0.015 XAUT or 0.02 XAUT (provided they participate in the First Stage of the Promotion) each.

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 25 people.

Based on the results of the First Stage of the Promotion, between September 18, 2025, and September 30, 2025, inclusive, the Organizer forms four lists of Participants who meet the Conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion.

The Winners of the Promotion, who will receive the Prizes of the First Stage Prize Pool, will be determined on September 30, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically among all Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the Conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion. The Winners who will receive the Prizes are determined by rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service), sequentially for each category.

Based on the Second Stage Promotion results, the Organizer automatically generates the list of Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion and reached the highest trading volume at 12:00 UTC on October 9, 2025, according to the trading volume of Promotion Participants at the moment of its completion. This list will be available in the Leaderboard.

The list of the Second Stage Promotion Participants with more than 50,000 USDT in trading volume will be formed from October 9, 2025, to October 20, 2025.

The Winners of the Second Stage of the Promotion will be determined on October 20, 2025. The Winners, who will receive the Prize from the Main Prize Pool of the Promotion Second Stage, will be 20 Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion and had the largest trading volume on the XAUT/USDT pair (no less than 200,000 USDT) at the end of the Promotion, according to the rating formed in the Leaderboard.

The Second Stage Promotion Winners who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool will be determined on October 20, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants (except for the Promotion Participants who took the first 20 places in the Second Stage of the Promotion), who fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions of the Second Stage.

The list of Winners of the First Stage of the Promotion will be published on September 30, 2025, in this article on the WhiteBIT blog, and the amounts of the Prizes they will receive will be published on October 20, 2025, in this article on the WhiteBIT blog.

The list of Winners of the Main and Additional Prize Pools of the Second Stage of the Promotion will be published on October 20, 2025, also in this article on the WhiteBIT blog.

If it is impossible to contact the Winners or if the Winners have not fulfilled these Terms and Conditions, they lose their right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner, which will be transferred to the next Winner on the list.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes of the First and Second Stages to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange within 10 business days from the next calendar day after the list of Winners is published — until November 3, 2025, inclusive.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than November 10, 2025. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
