Terms and Conditions of the “Futures Level Up 3.0” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion Period runs from10:00 UTC on March 18, 2026, to 10:00 UTC on April 7, 2026.
The Promotion is held in all countries except Georgia, Spain, USA, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland, Kyrgyzstan, Australia, Germany, Great Britain, France, Canada, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Rwanda, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a gambling service, or a contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com for the first time via the landing page link and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
- Joined the “Futures Level Up 3.0” Promotion on the same landing page.
- Achieved* a minimum trading volume of 50,000 USDT on the WhiteBIT futures market during the Promotion Period.
*Participants can trade any futures pairs available on the WhiteBIT exchange as of the start of the Promotion to qualify for the Promotion. Any pairs added after this moment will not be eligible for this Promotion.
The trading volume includes the total amount of all buy (long) and sell (short) positions executed by the Participant on futures trading pairs during the Promotion period.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants from the Promotion if they:
- Use wash trading (close their own positions);
- Use accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special trading fee discounts granted to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders);
- Use API bots;
- Use corporate accounts (e.g., accounts created for exchange services);
- Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.
Important!While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The first 100** Participants who fulfill all the Promotion Conditions and achieve the minimum trading volume (at least 50,000 USDT) during the Promotion Period will become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Prize Pool, which is 6,000 USDTB***, namely — 60 USDTB each.
**In case the number of Promotion Participants reaching the trading volume of 50,000 USDT is less than 100, the Prize Pool will not be distributed proportionally among such Participants, and the Prizes will be awarded according to the above-mentioned distribution.
***For further information regarding USDTB:
- USDTB serves as collateral for positions in futures trading across all PERP pairs. This asset is exclusively reflected on the Collateral Balance, provided that said balance remains positive.
- USDTB may only be acquired as a deposit-reward from WhiteBIT.
- In cases where the Collateral balance contains only USDTB, positions may be opened with collateralization solely using this asset. If other assets are present on the Collateral Balance, USDTB shall be utilized as the last resort for collateralization.
- Should the Realized P&L (RP&L) within futures trading be positive, the USDTB shall be converted and reflected on the Collateral balance in the form of USDT. Conversely, if the P&L result is negative, the bonus USDTB shall be deducted directly from the Collateral balance.
- The use of USDTB is subject to a limited term.
It is explicitly prohibited to:
- Top up other types of balances using USDTB;
- Withdraw or transfer USDTB in any form;
- Trade USDTB within margin trading;
- Use USDTB to secure Crypto Borrow;
- Transfer USDTB to a sub-account.
IMPORTANT! USDTB accrual is only available in jurisdictions where futures trading is permitted on the WhiteBIT exchange. If, during the validation of Participants, it is determined that a Participant does not have access to futures trading, that Participant will forfeit their right to win, and the right will pass to the next Participant on the list.
The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners is the first 100 people who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
One Winner may receive only one Prize.
During the Promotion Period, the Organizer will compile a list of Participants who have met all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. The first 100 Participants who meet all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion will become Winners.
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the list of Winners formed by the Organizer. For example, in the case of the disqualification of the Participant who took third place in the list, their Prize will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the rating.
The list of all Winners will be published in this article on April 8, 2026.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Collateral balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 2 calendar days from the date of fulfilling the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
Important: USDTB has a limited validity period. The bonus shall be automatically deactivated upon the expiry of 14 calendar days from the date it is credited.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize cannot be returned.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than April 16, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
