Terms and Conditions of the “Bounty Campaign with ivendPay” Promotion
The Organizers of the Promotion are the company WhiteBIT and DESTA FINANCE LTD, a legal entity incorporated under the laws of Canada Reg. N BC1348846, FINTRAC registered MSB M22482566.
Promotion period: from 9 a.m. (UTC) on March 7, 2024, until 9 a.m. (UTC) on March 28, 2024.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizers reserve the right to check the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.
The campaign is held with the main goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT and ivendPay brands.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:
- Signed up for the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed the identity verification (KYC) procedure;
- During the Promotion period, completed as many tasks as possible using the link and earned as many tickets as possible for completing them. The tickets will be credited for each completed task. The number of tickets earned will be considered when selecting the winners.
Important!
- Completing all tasks can be done all at once or in stages. Not all tasks will be available immediately after the start of the Promotion and will be added later. A user becomes a Participant of the Promotion immediately after receiving at least one ticket. Tasks will be listed on the http://w3dv.com/ivendpay website.
- Additional tasks may be added throughout the Promotion. For each completed task, the Participant can receive tickets. The link indicates the number of tickets that can be obtained for each completed task. The tickets that the Participant will get for completing tasks during the period of the Promotion are added up.
Important! During participation in the Promotion, signing up on the exchange several times (using several accounts) is forbidden. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may sign up only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case the creation of multiple accounts is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.
Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the accounting field.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizers and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Prize Pool of 165 000 IVPAY :
20 Participants with the largest number of tickets will share 105 000 IVPAY as follows:
1 place —10 000 IVPAY;
2 place — 9000 IVPAY;
3 place — 8000 IVPAY;
4 place —7000 IVPAY;
5 place — 6000 IVPAY;
6–10 places — 5500 IVPAY each;
11–20 places — 3750 IVPAY each.
Important! If the Participants have the same number of tickets, the higher ranking in the List will be given to the one who reached this number of tickets first.
80 Participants will share 60 000 IVPAY using the randomization service, i.e., the Winners will receive 750 IVPAY each.
The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners is 100 people. One Winner may receive only one Prize.
According to the results of the Promotion, in the period from March 27, 2024, until April 10, 2024, the Organizer forms a List of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on April 11, 2024, on the Promotion platform https://www.web3davincis.com/.
The first 20 people from the List have the opportunity to become Winners and receive a Prize.
The remaining 80 Winners will be selected randomly using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion participants except those who took 1–20 places and fulfilled its Terms. Winners are determined by rating (placed in the List on the https://www.random.org/ service). The prize pool of 60 000 IVPAY will be divided equally among 80 Winners, 750 IVPAY each.
On April 11, 2024, the List of Winners will be published in this article on the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/).
The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange until 19.04.2024 inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by email to the email address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.
The Winner receives the Prize for free. The Prize cannot be replaced. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizers.
The received Prize is not subject to exchange and return.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support at https://whitebit.com via the email address support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do this by April 26, 2024, inclusive. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, particularly regarding non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizers do not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizers or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizers. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizers and/or other persons authorized by the Organizers and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizers.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizers do not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizers of the Promotion make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizers of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizers, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
