Terms of Participation in the “Trading Competition with BSX” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: From 12 PM UTC on February 20, 2025, to 12 PM UTC on March 6, 2025.

Promotion Territory: The Promotion is conducted in all countries except for the following: the United States, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify a Participant’s eligibility to enter the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted with the primary purpose of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms do not constitute a public promise of a reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided as an advertisement by the Organizer.

Participants of the Promotion must be legal adults from eligible countries (i.e., all except those listed above) or other persons lawfully residing in such countries who have met the following Terms during the Promotion period:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website or were already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the start of the Promotion and completed the verification (KYC) procedure;
• Clicked the “Join” button on the Promotion page;
• Traded the BSX/USDT pair on WhiteBIT’s spot market and reached a minimum trading volume of 5,000 USDT during the Promotion Period.

The Leaderboard is a ranking table of Participants, formed based on trading volume (where the Participant with the highest trading volume ranks first) and updated every 30 minutes. The final trading volume data will be collected at 12 PM UTC on March 6, 2025.

Only trading volume for the BSX/USDT pair will be counted toward the competition.

Trading volume is calculated as the total sum of all completed buy and sell orders in the BSX/USDT pair throughout the Promotion Period.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:

• Engage in wash trading (executing orders with themselves);
• Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders);
• Use API bots;
• Use a corporate account (e.g., accounts created for exchange services);
• Use multiple accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
• Engage in any other illegal activities or actions that violate the User Agreement, AML Policy, or WhiteBIT’s Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT! It is strictly prohibited to register multiple accounts on the exchange to participate in the Promotion. Participants using multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (i.e., have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users and/or sub-account users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second and any subsequent accounts.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion Period.

Any personal data of Participants will be processed to facilitate their participation in the Promotion, as well as for marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting purposes.

B2B clients, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, as well as their relatives (first and second-degree kinship), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of Prize distribution, it is determined that a person who participated in the Promotion does not meet the eligibility criteria, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

The first 20 Participants of the Promotion* on the Leaderboard who meet the Terms of the Promotion and achieve the highest trading volume (minimum 10,000 USDT) during the Promotion Period will have the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool of 70,000 BSX, which will be distributed as follows:

• 1st place on the Leaderboard—15,000 BSX;
• 2nd place on the Leaderboard— 8,000 BSX;
• 3rd place on the Leaderboard— 5,000 BSX;
• 4th-–7th places on the Leaderboard— 4,000 BSX each;
• 8th– 10th places on the Leaderboard—3,000 BSX each;
• 11th–14th places on the Leaderboard—2,000 BSX each;
• 15th–20th places on the Leaderboard—1,500 BSX each.

*If the number of Participants in the Promotion who achieve a trading volume of 10,000 USDT is less than 20, the Main Prize Pool will not be proportionally distributed among them. Instead, the Prizes will be awarded based on the distribution specified above, according to each Participant’s ranking on the Leaderboard.

The maximum number of Winners eligible to receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 20.

Other Participants of the Promotion (except those who ranked in the top 20) who achieved a trading volume of more than 5,000 USDT in the BSX/USDT pair during the Promotion Period will have the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from the Additional Prize Pool of 26,000 BSX—1,300 BSX per Winner.

The maximum number of Winners eligible to receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 20.

A single Winner can receive only one Prize from either the Main or the Additional Prize Pool.

At the conclusion of the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically compile a list of Participants who have met the Terms and achieved the highest trading volume as of 12 PM (UTC) on March 6, 2025, based on the Participants’ trading volume at the end of the Promotion. This list will be available on the Leaderboard.

The compilation of the list of Participants who achieved a trading volume of more than 5,000 USDT will take place from March 6, 2025, to March 18, 2025.

The determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on March 18, 2025. The 20 Participants who met all the Terms of the Promotion and had the highest trading volume in the BSX/USDT pair at the end of the Promotion will be declared Winners and awarded Prizes from the Main Prize Pool according to the rankings on the Leaderboard.

The determination of the Winners eligible for a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool will also take place on March 18, 2025, via the random.org service. The selection will be made automatically among all Participants of the Promotion (except the top 20), who met the Terms and achieved a trading volume of more than 5,000 USDT in the BSX/USDT pair during the Promotion Period.

The list of all Winners will be published in this article on March 18, 2025. A video recording of the Prize determination process will be published on WhiteBIT’s YouTube channel.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the publication of the Winner list.

The Winners of the Promotion will be notified of the Prize credit via an email sent to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.

If a Winner has not received their Prize despite being eligible, or if they encounter any other difficulties, they must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or reach out via chat no later than April 3, 2025. If a Winner fails to contact support by April 3, 2025, including regarding Prize non-receipt, they will forfeit their right to the Prize.

If, after determining the Winners, it is found that a Participant has not properly met the Terms of participation in the Promotion or has otherwise violated these Promotion Rules or the User Agreement, such a Winner will lose their right to the Prize and their Winner status. In this case, the Prize and Winner status will be transferred to the next eligible Participant on the Leaderboard with the highest trading volume in the specified trading pairs or to the next Participant in the list generated via random.org.

For example, if a Participant ranked third on the Leaderboard is disqualified, their Prize will be awarded to the Participant ranked fourth.

Similarly, if a Participant ranked second in the random.org-generated list is disqualified, their Prize will be awarded to the Participant ranked third in that list.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. The Prize cannot be substituted for its monetary equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the Terms defined herein.

The received Prize is non-refundable.

Winners determined based on the results of the Promotion cannot transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not reimburse the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the Winners’ income from the Prize is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, performing all necessary related actions (including but not limited to informing about the results of the Promotion in advertisements or by other means), as well as for the possible future delivery of information, including promotional materials, about upcoming events/competitions/promotions/drawings organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms, Participants consent to such processing of their personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons of the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness regarding the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion through mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and duration of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about them will be provided on the Organizer’s website: https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with applicable laws. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision shall be final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications service providers, postal services (including email), any errors made by employees of enterprises/institutions/organizations facilitating information exchange between Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances that result in postal items not being delivered, delayed, lost, or damaged; or for any situation where a Participant does not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translations in multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
