Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Buddy Bonus” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion Period: from 1 PM UTC on February 24, 2025 to 1 PM UTC on March 30, 2025.
Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held in all countries except the following: American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Austria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of the Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Participants and may request proof of residence or location, if necessary.
The Promotion is held to popularize the WhiteBIT brand.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-banned countries (i.e., other than those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally residing in the territory of such countries and have fulfilled these Terms:
- Registered on WhiteBIT by this link for the first time* and have passed KYC verification;
- Click the “Participate” button during the Promotion period on the Promotion landing page.
*Already registered and verified users can also become Promotion Participants and fulfill the Additional Promotion Conditions.
Note! Only Participants who registered and confirmed their identity (KYC) before the start of the Promotion can complete the Additional Promotion Conditions to compete for Additional Prizes.
Additional Promotion Conditions 1: Invited new users to register and confirm their identity (KYC) on WhiteBIT using the Participant’s referral link during the Promotion Period (referrals).
Additional Promotion Conditions 2: Deposited** at least €10 (equivalent) to his WhiteBIT balance if he has never done it before.
**Participants shouldn’t withdraw this amount until the Prize is credited. Trading or opening a Crypto Lending plan is allowed.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion period.
Important! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate the Terms of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Representatives of the B2B sector, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If at the moment of providing the Prize it is established that a person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Promotion Participant in accordance with these Rules, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The Prize Pool for this Promotion is worth 3,500 USDC, which will be distributed as follows:
- Participants who fulfill the Main Promotion Conditions have an opportunity to win 5 USDC each.
- Participants who fulfill Additional Promotion Conditions 1 have an opportunity to win 2 USDC each.
- Participants who fulfill Additional Promotion Conditions 2 can have an opportunity to 2 USDC each.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Prize Pool is the first 500 people (including referrals) who have fulfilled all the Main and Additional Promotion Conditions (1, 2).
According to the Promotion results, from March 30, 2025, to April 3, 2025, the Organizer forms the lists of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined and announced in this article on April 4.
The Organizer credits the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners who were the first to register during the Promotion period on the WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange within 5 business days from the next calendar day after the date of the Winners’ announcement.
The Organizer credits the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners (Referrals) who were invited by users registered on WhiteBIT before the start of the Promotion and were the first to register and verify their identity on WhiteBIT (KYC) on the WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange within 5 business days from the next calendar day after the date of the Winners’ announcement.
Winners who were registered on WhiteBIT before the start of the Promotion and invited new participants (Referrals) are not included in the list of 500 Winners. However, they will receive a Prize for each referred participant who meets the Promotion participation criteria, based on the order of priority within the total quota of 500 Winners of the Promotion. The Organizer credits the Prizes to the Main Balances of such Winners on the WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange within 5 business days from the next calendar day after the date of the Winners’ announcement.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prizes by a letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after they are credited to the Winners’ balances.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize will not be replaced with its cash equivalent. The Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize is not subject to exchange and refund.
The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within this Promotion and under the Conditions specified in these Rules.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by e-mail support@whitebit.com or via chat no later than 17/4/2025 inclusive. In case the Winner does not contact the support by 17/4/2025, in particular, regarding the issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner’s additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved in order to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion rules. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about it will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media.
The Organizer does not enter into any disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In case of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Promotional Offer Organizer in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Participants’ countries. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances that resulted in the Promotion Participant not receiving the respective Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is considered valid and replaces all other versions.
