Official Terms and Conditions of the “Bull Run” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).

Promotion period: from 12:01 AM (UTC) November 2, 2024, until 11:59 PM (UTC) December 1, 2024.

The Territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Canada, France, Austria, Germany, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The responsibility for ensuring their legal participation by the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.

Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

General Concepts and Terms of the Promotion

Bull — a virtual character representing the Participant in the competitions (Races) within the game process.

Points — game points awarded to Participants for taking part in races during the game and completing Tasks. The number of Points earned depends on the results of each race and the tasks themselves. Accumulated Points are used to form the daily rankings, where Participants are ranked according to the total number of Points earned in a day.

Application or App — an interactive program that allows Participants to participate in races, select their virtual Bull, earn Points, view Leaderboards, and receive bonuses.

Race — a single game round within the Application, where Participants take part by pressing the “Launch” button. Each Race is a separate competition, and Points are awarded based on the results, impacting the Participant’s overall ranking in the Application.

Task — a specific action or a series of actions that the Participant must complete within the game or Application to receive certain rewards. Completing Tasks can provide Participants with extra Lives for participating in Races or award Points that impact their overall ranking in the game. Tasks may vary in complexity and rewards.

Lives — the number of Races a Participant can take part in within one day during the Promotion, from 12 PM (UTC) to 11:59 PM (UTC).

Team Formation Period for the Race — a 15-second time frame during which a team is formed for the Race.

Referrals — new Participants invited to the WhiteBIT exchange by existing Participants through their unique referral link. To be counted in the rankings and bring additional Lives, Referrals must successfully register on the WhiteBIT exchange, complete the verification procedure (KYC), and link their WhiteBIT account to the game Application. Such a Referral is hereafter referred to as a Verified Referral.

Leaderboard — a table displaying the ranking of Participants in the Promotion based on their Race results. The ranking is formed by summing up the Points earned during the Race, determining each Participant’s place in the overall table.

Daily Leaderboard — a Leaderboard that displays the results of the Participants’ Races during one day (from 12:00 PM (UTC) to 11:59 PM (UTC)). The ranking is formed based on the sum of the Participant’s 10 best Races of the day and is updated every 30 minutes. The final data for the daily table is collected at 11:59 PM (UTC) each day.

Monthly Leaderboard is a ranking table displaying the results of Promotion Participants for the period from the moment the rating appeared on November 8 and until the end of the month. It is formed by summing the indicators of the 10 best daily Races of each Participant of the days since the rating appeared. Final data for the month is collected at 23:59 (UTC) on December 1, 2024.

Daily Draw — a draw of Prizes among the Participants of the Promotion, the results of which are determined based on the Daily Leaderboard. The Daily Draw takes place every day, and its results are finalized at 11:59 PM (UTC) each day during the Promotion.

Monthly Draw is a draw of Prizes based on the results of the Monthly Leaderboard among the Participants who achieved the best results based on the summation of the best 10 daily Races for each day during the period determined by the Monthly Leaderboard from November 8, 2024, to December 1, 2024. The final results of the Monthly Draw will be shown at 23:59 (UTC) on December 1, 2024.

Participants — adults who are citizens of non-restricted countries (i.e., all except those previously mentioned) or other persons legally residing in such countries who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion.

Conditions of the Promotion:

1. Register on the WhiteBIT website or already be a user of WhiteBIT exchange and pass the identity verification (KYC) procedure;
2. Follow the link to the Telegram chatbot and click “Launch” under the game post;
3. Connect your WhiteBIT account to the Bull Run App;
4. On the Bull Run App’s start screen, select the region of tasks, choose the Bull to play with, and give it a name;
5. Click “Start Race” and score as many Points as possible for a Race.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion period.

Each Race can include up to 4 Bulls. If the team for the Race is not formed by other Participants within 15 seconds, the remaining spots will be filled by bots. However, bots are not counted in the Leaderboard.

Number of Lives

Upon registering in the App, each Participant receives 8 Lives. The number of Lives is displayed as hearts with a counter in the upper-right corner of the App screen. During participation in the Promotion, Participants can increase the number of Lives through the following methods:

• A Participant automatically receives 1 Life every 3 hours, but no more than 8 Lives per day. If Participant’s Lives exceed 8 due to receiving them every 3 hours, further automatic accrual of Lives will not occur until the number of Lives drops below 8.
• For daily logins, Participants receive additional free Lives according to the following schedule:

Day 1 — 1 Life;

Day 2 — 2 Lives;

Day 3 — 3 Lives;

Day 4 — 4 Lives;

Day 5 — 5 Lives;

Day 6 — 6 Lives;

Day 7 — 7 Lives.

• If a Participant logs into the App for 8 consecutive days, the Life accrual cycle repeats. If a day is missed, the accrual calendar resets.
• Participants can also earn additional Lives by completing Tasks in the Tasks section of the App. The number of Lives awarded for completing Tasks is at the discretion of the Organizer. Information about the number of Lives awarded for each Task, as well as the available Tasks, can be found in the Tasks tab of the App.

Participants can also gain additional Lives by inviting Referrals using their referral link to the WhiteBIT exchange.

Participants can also earn additional Lives or Points by completing Tasks that appear randomly in the App. During the Promotion period, tasks from partners will also be available.

Lives earned through Task completion and daily logins do not count toward the set limit of 8 Lives and can accumulate.

Point Allocation for Races and Tasks

For each Race, the Participant receives a certain number of Points, which will be calculated automatically and displayed on the screen after each Race. Depending on the ranking, the number of Points included in the Daily Leaderboardwill be multiplied by one of the following coefficients:

1st place in the race — 1.4 times the number of Points;

2nd place in the race — 1.25 times the number of Points;

3rd place in the race — 1.1 times the number of Points;

4th place in the race — 1 time the number of Points.

In the event that two or more Participants finish the Race with the same result, all such Participants shall be awarded an equal number of Points.

Participants can monitor their progress and ranking position in the Leaderboard tab within the App.

Points may also be awarded for completing Tasks in the App. The number of Points that a Participant can receive for completed Tasks, as well as the nature of the Tasks, is at the discretion of the Organizer. The Tasks can be viewed in the Tasks tab within the App.

Important! While participating in the campaign, you are forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperating with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate these Terms and Conditions is prohibited. It will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

Any personal data of the Participants of the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the accounting field.

Users found falsifying Tasks or violating the above Conditions will be disqualified from theLeaderboards and will forfeit their Prize, even if they secured a winning position.

Employees, representatives, B2B segment clients, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Participants who have fulfilled all the Terms of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a portion of the Daily Prize Pool, which is formed each day during the Promotion period and amounts to approximately 900 ~USDT*, according to the following distribution:

1st place — approximately 250 USDT (in equivalent);

2nd place — approximately 150 USDT (in equivalent);

3rd place — approximately 100 USDT (in equivalent);

4th place — approximately 75 USDT (in equivalent);

5th place — approximately 75 USDT (in equivalent);

6th place — approximately 50 USDT (in equivalent);

7th place — approximately 50 USDT (in equivalent);

8th place — approximately 50 USDT (in equivalent);

9th place — approximately 50 USDT (in equivalent);

10th place — approximately 50 USDT (in equivalent).

Attention! From November 18 to 20 inclusive, as part of the Organizer’s Birthday celebration, the Daily Prize Pool will be doubled and will amount to approximately 1,800 ~USDT* (in equivalent to the exchange rate of WBT on WhiteBIT as of 14.10.2024) for each day of the corresponding period. During this time, Participants of the Promotion will also have the opportunity to win, regardless of whether they were previous Winners of the Daily Prize Pool. The distribution is as follows:

1st place — approximately 500 USDT (in equivalent);

2nd place — approximately 300 USDT (in equivalent);

3rd place — approximately 200 USDT (in equivalent);

4th place — approximately 150 USDT (in equivalent);

5th place — approximately 150 USDT (in equivalent);

6th place — approximately 100 USDT (in equivalent);

7th place — approximately 100 USDT (in equivalent);

8th place — approximately 100 USDT (in equivalent);

9th place — approximately 100 USDT (in equivalent);

10th place — approximately 100 USDT (in equivalent).

Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms also have the opportunity to become Winners and win a portion of the Monthly Prize Pool totaling approximately 1200 USDT*. In the Monthly Draw, Promotion Participants also have the opportunity to become Winners and win, regardless of the fact of winning a Prize from the Daily Prize Fund. The Monthly Prize Pool is distributed as follows:

1st place — 400 USDT;

2nd place — 350 USDT;

3rd place — 200 USDT;

4th place — 150 USDT;

5th place — 100 USDT.

One Winner can receive only one Prize from the Daily Prize Pool, one from the doubled Daily Prize Pool, and one Prize from the Monthly Prize Pool over the whole Promotion period.

*Prizes will be awarded to Winners in various cryptocurrencies, according to the specific cryptocurrency being offered on a given day of the Promotion. Information about the cryptocurrency forming the Daily Prize Pool is available on the main screen of the App. During the Promotion, the following cryptocurrencies will be given away:

• WBT, at the exchange rate on WhiteBIT as of 17.10.2024;
• USDT**;
• LEKS, at the exchange rate on WhiteBIT as of 17.10.2024;
• RTF, at the exchange rate on WhiteBIT as of 17.10.2024;
• UAHg**, at the exchange rate on WhiteBIT as of 17.10.2024;
• BSPT, at the exchange rate on WhiteBIT as of 14.10.2024.

**For participants residing in the European Union who win UAHg or USDT, such payouts will be substituted with payouts in USDC, at the exchange rate of USDC on WhiteBIT as of 17.10.2024.

The maximum possible total number of Winners who will share the Daily Prize Pool is 290 people, and the maximum possible total number of Winners of the Monthly Prize Pool is 5 people.

The daily winners of the Promotion are determined based on their positions in the Daily Leaderboard for that day.

The winners of the Daily Draw are the first 10 Participants who have accumulated the most Points for the best 10 Races during a single day, from 00:00 (UTC) to 23:59 (UTC).

The winners of the Monthly Draw are the first 5 Participants of the Monthly Leaderboard who have accumulated the most Points for the best 10 daily Races from 00:01 (UTC) November 8, 2024 to 23:59 (UTC) December 1, 2024.

In case two Participants occupy the first position in the Leaderboard, Additional criteria will be applied to determine the Winners.

Additional Criteria for Determining Winners

Determination of the Winners of the Daily Draw (including during the days during the birthday of the Promotion Organizer):

1. Number of Races completed per day.
2. Time to reach the first place — preference is given to the Participant who reaches the first place first.

Determination of the Winners of the Monthly Draw:

1. Number of Races completed per month.
2. Time to reach the first place — preference is given to the Participant who reaches the first place first.

The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange every Friday*** for each previous week during the Promotion period, until 13.12.2024 inclusively. Prizes will be awarded in the cryptocurrency corresponding to the one for which Draw the Participant was declared a Winner. The list of daily Winners will be published on the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) and Telegram channel.

***The initial accrual of Prizes to the Winners shall occur on November 5, 2024. Thereafter, all subsequent Prizes shall be accrued on a weekly basis, every Friday, for the duration of the Promotion period.

Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the crediting of the Prizes via e-mail to the e-mail address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-returnable and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Prize is not subject to exchange for any other cryptocurrency asset or its monetary equivalent. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.

In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the e-mail address support@whitebit.com or write to the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than 20.12.2024 inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, such Winner loses the right to receive it.

The Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by the Organizer, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
