^{The Organizer of the Promotion is UAB Clear White Technologies, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania with the registration number LT-03224. The company’s registered office address is J. Basanaviiaus g. 26, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania.}

^{The Promotion period will commence on the 09th of November 2023 at 5:59 p.m. (UTC+2) and conclude on the 8th of December 2023 at 5:59 p.m. (UTC+2).}

^{The Promotion is open to Participants from all countries worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Republic of Artsakh”, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Canada, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.}

^{It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.}

^{The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.}

^{The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not represent a public commitment to reward participants.}

^{Information about the Promotion is communicated following the Organizer’s advertising rights.}

^{Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:}

• ^{Signed up for the WhiteBIT site and confirmed their identities (KYC verification);}
• ^{Bought WhiteBIT Gift Card FC Barcelona Edition on G2A.COM or Kinguin.net;}
• ^{Activated the card on their WhiteBIT accounts.}

^{The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.}

^{Participants’ data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.}

^{Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.}

^{Participants of the Promotion have the opportunity to become the Winners and win one of the Prizes from the General Prize Pool:}

• ^{1st–4th places — 1 VIP ticket to the home FC Barcelona matches to each;}
• ^{5th–14th places — 1 ticket to the home FC Barcelona matches for each;}
• ^{15–19 places — the WhiteBIT Codes of 10 WBT to each;}
• ^{20th place — 1 FC Barcelona 2023/2024 season jersey signed by the team players.}

^{The Promotion allows for a maximum of 20 Winners. One Winner may receive one Prize.}

^{Based on the results of the Promotion, from the 9th of December 2023 to the 24th of December, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet all the Conditions of the Promotion, announces the time and place of the Prize giveaway through their social networks, and realizes the publication of this information on the https://whitebit.com page.} 

^{The Winners will be randomly selected using a reliable randomization method, such as the service https://www.random.org/. The random selection will be conducted among the Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Conditions. The Winners will be determined based on their ranking in the list generated by the random.org service.}

^{If it proves impracticable to contact the Winners or if the Winners fail to comply with these Terms, such Winners shall forfeit their entitlement to the Winner status, which shall be transferred to the next Winner on the list.}

^{The announcement of the Winners will take place on the 24th of December 2023. The list of Winners will be officially announced on the same date through a separate article on the WhiteBIT company blog (https://blog.whitebit.com).}

^{The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable and non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.}

^{The Winners eligible for the Prize, such as a ticket to the FC Barcelona home match, will receive it by email linked to their WhiteBIT account by the 21st of January 2024. The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ wallets on the Winners’ Main balances within 5 business days after the announcement of the Winners’ eligibility for the Prize, such as WBT. The Organizer will contact the Winner eligible for the Prize, such as a jersey, by email linked to their WhiteBIT account to clarify the delivery info and mail it no further than the 14th of January 2024. Moreover, , the Organizer will notify the Winners about Winning via email using the address registered with their WhiteBIT accounts within 5 business days after the Winners have been determined.}

^{The Organizer shall assume all financial burden of a reasonable amount for the process of sending the Prizes to the Winners via a delivery service. The Organizer may also communicate with the Winners privately through email linked to the WhiteBIT account to collect the required information for Prize delivery.}

^{In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than the 28th of January 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.}

^{Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.}

^{The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.}

^{The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive shall be carried out as per the prevailing legislation.}

^{By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. It includes but is not limited to, informing Participants about the Promotion results through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to processing their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. ^{By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.}

^{The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.}

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result where the postal items were not received, received late, lost or became damaged.}

^{In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.}
