Important Update: Changes to USDT Services for EEA Users

Content

As part of our commitment to compliance and transparency, we’re updating USDT services for users in the European Economic Area (EEA).

What’s Changing?

Starting December 30, 2024, users in the EEA will no longer be able to deposit or withdraw USDT. This decision aligns with regulatory requirements to ensure a secure and compliant platform.

What Are Your Options?

To manage your assets seamlessly, we recommend converting USDT to regulated stablecoins like USDC or EURI, which will remain fully supported.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Convert USDT: Use our conversion feature to exchange USDT for USDC, EURI, or other assets before December 30, 2024.
  • Withdraw USDT: Transfer USDT to an external wallet before the deadline.

Note: Open crypto lending plans in USDT will continue. Rewards at the end of the plan will be issued in USDT, which you can convert to other assets.

Why This Change?

The evolving regulatory landscape in the EEA requires us to align with the highest compliance standards. By focusing on regulated stablecoins like USDC and EURI, we aim to provide a safer, more reliable experience.
