The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion Period runs from 15:00 UTC on September 22, 2025, to 15:00 UTC on September 23, 2025.
The Promotion is held in all countries except the United States, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Are registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed identity verification (KYC).
- Ordered a box with a figurine on the website between September 22, 2025, 15:00 UTC and September 23, 2025, 15:00 UTC.
- Have filled out the Google form and provided the email address used for the purchase, the WhiteBIT nickname, and consented to the processing of personal data until December 15, 2025.
Or:
- Ordered a box with a figurine on the website from September 22, 2025, 15:00 (UTC) to September 23, 2025, 15:00 (UTC).
- After receiving the box with the figurine, scanned the QR code, registered for the first time on the WhiteBIT exchange, and passed the verification procedure (KYC).
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Promotion Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The 25 Promotion participants who are existing users of the WhiteBIT exchange, who purchase a box containing a figurine and complete the Google form, may be selected as Winners and receive 8,200 MEW each.
The 25 Promotion participants who are not users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the start of the Promotion, who purchase a box containing a figurine and register via the link provided through the QR code on the box, may be selected as Winners and receive 8,200 MEW each.
Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically generate two lists of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions at 12:00 UTC on December 22, 2025.
The winners of the Promotion who are existing users of the WhiteBIT exchange will be determined on December 22, 2025, through the random.org service, selected automatically from among all Promotion participants who have complied with these Terms and Conditions during the Promotion period.
The winners of the Promotion who were not users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the start of the Promotion and who registered via the link using the QR code from the box will also be determined on December 22, 2025, through the random.org service, selected automatically from among all Promotion participants who have complied with these Terms and Conditions during the Promotion period.
Both lists of winners will be published in this article on December 22, 2025. A video recording of the process of determining the winners who will receive prizes from the Prize Pool will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT exchange by December 29, 2025.
The winners of the Promotion will be notified of the Prize award by email to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are awarded.
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the list formed by the random.org service.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than January 5, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
