Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Community Choice: Fasttoken” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com/).
The Promotion period will last from the 20th of January, 1 p.m. (UTC) to the 24th of January, 1 p.m. (UTC).
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, France, The United Kingdom, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not represent a public commitment to reward Participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated in accordance with the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adults (persons who have reached the legal age) of non-banned countries (i.e., other than the above-mentioned countries) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and have met the following conditions:
- Signed up for the WhiteBIT exchange for the first time and confirmed their identity (KYC) during the Promotion;
- Joined the WhiteBIT Telegram channel;
- Joined the Fasttoken Telegram channel;
- Left a comment on X on thepost about Fasttoken listingon the WhiteBIT exchange from the account stated in the form;
- Bought at least 3 WBT at the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion Period and held them on the Main or Trade Balance until the 2nd of February inclusive;
- Filled out the Google form with their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, their nickname on Telegram and X, and a link to their comment under the post on X.
Important! Users who are already signed up for the WhiteBIT crypto exchange cannot participate in the promotion.
While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case the creation of several accounts is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
Participants’ personal data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have met all the conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the Prize pool, which amounts to 400 FTN.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners is 15.
The Prize Pool will be evenly distributed among all the Winners of the Promotion the following way: 26,6 FTN each.
One Winner can receive only one Prize.
Based on the Promotion results from the 24th of January 2024 until the 2nd of February 2024, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Conditions of the Promotion.
The determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on the 2nd of February 2024, automatically, using the random.org service, among all Participants of the Promotion who meet the Conditions of the Promotion. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service, https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published in this article on the 2nd of February, 2024. The video with the selection of the Winners will be published on the 2nd of February 2024 on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will deposit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT by February 10th, 2024, inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be notified about their Prize via an email sent to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited to the Winners’ accounts.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.
Suppose the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties. In that case, the Winners are required to contact online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage in a chat conversation by no later than the 17th of February 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will be owned by the Organizer.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive shall be carried out per the prevailing legislation.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the Promotion results through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to processing their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media platforms.
The Organizer does not involve itself in the resolution of disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for circumstances under which mailings did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
