How to participate:
- Register on the WhiteBIT exchange and undergo identity verification (KYC) – if you are already registered and verified, you still qualify.
- Subscribe to the WhiteBIT Telegram channel.
- Subscribe to the JTC Network Telegram channel.
- Leave any comment on post X about the JTC listing on the WhiteBIT exchange.
- Fill out the Google form, providing your WhiteBIT exchange username, Telegram username, and X, and a link to your comment under post X.
On March 20, we will randomly select 30 winners who will equally share 3 JTC among all participants who meet the activity conditions.
Additionally, there is an additional prize fund exclusively for newcomers! To compete for it, you need to fulfill other conditions:
- Register on the WhiteBIT exchange for the first time using this link and confirm your identity (KYC) during the Promotion period.
- Purchase a minimum of 3 WBT on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion Period and hold them on the Main or Trading balances until March 20.
- Fill out the Google form.
Among those who fulfill the additional conditions, we will also randomly select 20 winners who will equally share 5 JTC!

Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Community Choice: JTC Network” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com/).
The Promotion period will last from the 4th of March, 12 p.m. (UTC) to the 8th of March, 12 p.m. (UTC).
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not represent a public commitment to reward Participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated in accordance with the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adults (persons who have reached the legal age) of non-banned countries (i.e., other than the countries mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and have met the Main conditions:
- Signed up for the WhiteBIT exchange for the first time and confirmed their identity (KYC) during the Promotion;
- Joined the WhiteBIT Telegram channel;
- Joined the JTC Telegram channel;
- Left a comment on X on the post about JTC listing on the WhiteBIT exchange from the account stated in the form;
- Filled out the Google form with their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, their nickname on Telegram and X, and a link to their comment under the post on X.
Also, an additional Prize can be received by Participants who registered on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion period and, in addition to the basic conditions of the Promotion, fulfilled the following:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT exchange for the first time and verified their identity (KYC) during the Promotion period.
- Purchased a minimum of 3 WBT on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion period and held them on the Main or Trading balances until March 20th.
- Filled out the Google form.
While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperating with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited. It will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case the creation of several accounts is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
Participants’ personal data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have met the Main conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the Main Prize pool, which amounts to 3 JTC — 0.1 JTC for each Winner.
The maximum possible number of Winners who will receive Prizes from the Main Prize Fund is 30 people.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled both the Main and Additional Conditions of the Promotion can become Winners and win a portion of the Additional Prize Fund, which is 5 JTC — 0.25 JTC each for every Winner.
The maximum possible number of Winners who will receive Prizes from the Additional Prize Fund is 20 people.
One Winner can receive only one Prize from the Main or the Additional Prize fund.
Based on the Promotion results from the 8th of March 2024 until the 19th of March 2024, the Organizer forms two lists of Participants: Main — with Participants who have fulfilled the Main Conditions of the Promotion, — and Additional — with Participants who have fulfilled the Main and Additional Conditions of the Promotion.
The determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on the 15th of March 2024, automatically, using the random.org service, among all Participants of the Promotion who meet the Conditions of the Promotion and get into the List of Participants.
Initially, 30 Winners will be selected from among the Participants from the Main List, who will receive a Prize from the Main Prize Fund; after that, 20 Winners will be selected from the Additional List to receive the Additional Prize. Importantly, Winners who receive a Main Prize cannot receive an Additional Prize.
Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service, https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published in this article on the 15th of March 2024. The video with the selection of the Winners will be published on the 15th of March 2024 on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will deposit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT by March 29th, 2024, inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be notified about their Prize via an email sent to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited to the Winners’ accounts.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.
Suppose the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties. In that case, the Winners must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage in a chat conversation by no later than the 5th of April 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive shall be carried out per the prevailing legislation.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes but is not limited to, informing Participants about the Promotion results through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to processing their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media platforms.
The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not explicitly addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for circumstances under which mailings did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
