The Terms and Conditions of the “Community’s Choice with AITECH” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: From 3 PM UTC on March 3, 2025, to 3 PM UTC on March 10, 2025.

Promotion Territory: The Promotion is held in all countries except for American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the freely associated state of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, Austria, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the responsibility of the Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or Rules of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted to promote the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a gambling-related service, or a contest; these Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of eligible countries (i.e., excluding the aforementioned countries) or other adults legally residing in such countries who meet the Main Conditions of the Promotion:

• Already registered users of the WhiteBIT crypto exchange with identity verification completed (KYC) before the start of the Promotion;
• Followed the AITECH Telegram channel;
• Followed the WhiteBIT Telegram channel;
• Left a comment on X under the post about the upcoming AITECH listing;
• Filled out the Google form, providing their WhiteBIT exchange username, Telegram and X usernames, and a link to their comment under the X post;
• Purchased at least 1,500 AITECH on WhiteBIT between March 6 and 10 (3 PM UTC).

Alternatively, Participants can also be adult citizens of eligible countries (excluding the aforementioned countries) or other adults legally residing in such countries who meet the Special Conditions of the Promotion:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange for the first time and completed identity verification (KYC) during the Promotion period;
• Followed the WhiteBIT Telegram channel;
• Left a comment on X under the post about the upcoming AITECH listing;
• Filled out the Google form, providing their WhiteBIT exchange username, Telegram and X usernames, and a link to their comment under the X post;
• Purchased at least 1,500 AITECH on WhiteBIT between March 6 and 10 (3 PM UTC).

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the Main Conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a portion of the Main Prize Pool, which amounts to 12,000 AITECH—600 AITECH each.

The maximum number of Winners who will receive Prizes from the Main Prize Pool is 20 people.

Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the Special Conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a portion of the Special Prize Pool, which amounts to 12,000 AITECH — 600 AITECH each.

Important! Users who are already registered on the WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange before the start of the Promotion cannot fulfill the Special Conditions to become Winners and receive a Prize from the Special Prize Pool.

The maximum number of Winners who will receive Prizes from the Special Prize Pool is 20 people.

One Winner can receive only one Prize: either from the Main Prize Pool or from the Special Prize Pool.

As a result of the Promotion, during the period from March 10, 2025, to March 20, 2025, inclusive, the Organizer will create two lists of Participants: the Main List—with Participants who have fulfilled the Main Conditions of the Promotion—and the Special List—with Participants who have fulfilled the Special Conditions of the Promotion.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on March 20, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically, among all Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the Conditions of the Promotion and are included in the Participants’ Lists.

First, 20 Winners will be selected from the Main List who will receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool; then, 20 Winners will be selected from the Special List who will receive the Special Prize.

Winners are determined by ranking (position in the list on the service https://www.random.org/). The Winners’ Lists will be published in this article on March 20, 2025. A video recording of the Winner selection will be published on March 20, 2025, on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange by March 31, 2025, inclusive.

The Winners of the Promotion will be notified about the crediting of their Prizes via email to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/, within five business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than April 7, 2025. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
