Terms of participation in the “Community Choice with DRIP” Promotion
The organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com/).
Promotion period: from 15:30 (UTC) on December 30, 2024, to 15:30 (UTC) on January 06, 2025.
Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held on the territory of all countries, except for American Samoa, American Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Republic of Yemen, State of Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, Federal Republic of Somalia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, United States of America, The Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transdniestrian Moldovan Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of the Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the eligibility of the Participants for participation in the Promotion and may ask for proof of residence or location, if necessary.
The Promotion is held to popularize the WhiteBIT brand.

The information about the promotion is presented for advertising purposes.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-banned countries (i.e., except for the above mentioned countries) or other adult persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and have fulfilled the Main Terms of the Promotion:
- Are already registered users and have passed KYC verification;
- Subscribed to the DRIP Telegram channel;
- Left a comment on X under the post about DRIP listing on the WhiteBIT exchange;
- Filled out a Google form, indicating their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, their nickname in Telegram and X and a link to the comment under the post on X;
- Have purchased at least 700 DRIP on the WhiteBIT exchange from 30/12/2025 15.30 UTC to 06/01/2025 15.30 UTC.
The Participants of the Promotion are also adult citizens of non-banned countries (i.e., except for the above mentioned countries) or other adult persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and have fulfilled the Additional Terms of the Promotion:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT exchange for the first time using the link and confirmed their identity (KYC) during the Promotion period;
- Subscribed to the WhiteBIT Telegram channel;
- Left any comment on X under the post about the DRIP listing on WhiteBIT;
- Filled out a Google form, indicating their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, their nickname in Telegram and X and a link to their comment under the post in X;
- Bought at least 700 DRIP on the WhiteBIT exchange from 30/12/2024 15.30 UTC to 06/01/2025 15.30 UTC.
While participating in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts).Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account).The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate the terms of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent.In case of detecting the creation of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Promotion terms must be fulfilled within the Promotion period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations and accounting relations.
Employees, B2B clients, representatives or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If at the moment of providing the Prize it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Promotion Participant in accordance with these Rules, such person is not entitled to receive the Prize.
Promotion Participants who fulfill the Main Terms of the Promotion have an opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Main Prize Pool, which is 3,100 DRIP—310 DRIP for each Winner.
The maximum possible number of Winners who will receive prizes from the Main Prize Pool is 10 people.
The Promotion participants who fulfill the Additional Terms of the Promotion have an opportunity to become the Winners and win a part of the Additional Prize Pool, which is 3,100 DRIP—310 DRIP for each Winner.
Important!Users who have already registered on WhiteBIT crypto exchange before the start of the Promotion cannot fulfill the Additional Terms and Conditions and become Winners and receive a prize of the Additional Prize Pool.
The maximum possible number of Winners who will receive prizes from the Additional Prize Pool is 10 people.
One Winner can receive only one Prize: either from the Main or the Additional Prize Pool.
Based on the Promotion results, the Organizer shall form two lists of Participants from January 4, 2025 to January 17, 2025 inclusive: The Main one — with the Participants who have fulfilled the Main Terms of the Promotion – and the Additional one – with the Participants who have fulfilled the Additional Terms of the Promotion.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on January 17, 2025 using the random.org service, automatically, among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion Terms and conditions and are included in the Lists of Participants.
First, 10 Winners will be selected from the Main List to receive a prize from the Main Prize Pool; after that, 10 Winners will be selected from the Additional List to receive an Additional Prize.
The Winners are determined by the rating (place in the list on the service https://www.random.org). The lists of the Winners will be published in this article on 17.01.2025. The video with the selection of the Winners will be published on 17.01.2025 on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange until January 28, 2025 inclusive.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prizes crediting by a letter to the email address specified during the registration on https://whitebit.com/ within five business days after they are credited to the Winners’ Main Balances on WhiteBIT exchange.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize will not be replaced with its cash equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize is not subject to exchange and refund.
The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by e-mail support@whitebit.com or via chat no later than 04.02.2025 inclusive. If the Winner does not contact the support by 02.04.2025, in particular, regarding the issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner’s additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved in order to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion rules. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about it will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media.
The Organizer does not enter into any disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In case of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Promotional Offer Organizer in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Participants’ countries. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail was not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
