Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Community Choice WORLD” Promotion

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com/).}

^{The Promotion period will commence from the 19th of November, 4 p.m. (UTC) to the 22nd of November, 4 p.m. (UTC).}

^{The Promotion is open to Participants from all countries worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, “Republic of Artsakh”, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Canada, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.}

^{Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.}

^{Participants of the Promotion are adults (persons who have reached the legal age) of non-banned countries (i.e., other than the above-mentioned countries) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and have met the following conditions:}

5. ^{Filled out the form, stating their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, nickname on Telegram and X, and a link to their comment under the post on X.;}
6. ^{Purchased at least 3 WBT during the Promotion.}

^{The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.}

^{Participants’ personal data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.}

^{Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. ^{The determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on the 30th of November 2023, automatically, using the random.org service, among all Participants of the Promotion who meet the Conditions of the Promotion. Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service, https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published in this article on the 30th of November, 2023. The video with the selection of the winners will be published on 11/30/2023 on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.}

^{The Organizer will deposit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT within 5 business days following the announcement of the Winners.}

^{Winners of the Promotion will be notified about their Prize via an email sent to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com/within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited to the Winners’ accounts.}

^{The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.}

^{Suppose the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties. In that case, it is required for the Winners to contact online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage in a chat conversation by no later than the 15th of December 2023, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.}

Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion.
