Terms and Conditions of the “Compete for PRZK” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion Period: from 12:00 UTC on April 2, 2026, to 12:00 UTC on April 23, 2026.
Promotion Territory: The Promotion is held in all countries except: USA, Australia, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted with the main purpose of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising of the Organizer.
Participants of the Promotion may be adult citizens of permitted countries (i.e., all except those listed above) or other persons legally residing in such countries who have fulfilled the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website or were already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the start of the Promotion and completed identity verification (KYC).
- Clicked the “Join” button on the Promotion page.
- Traded the PRZK/USDT pair on the WhiteBIT spot market and reached a minimum trading volume of 20,000 USDT* during the Promotion Period.
*The minimum trading volume for the top 20 Participants must be at least 100,000 USDT.
Attention! The total trading volume of the Promotion generated by all Participants must be at least 1,000,000 USDT.
The Leaderboard is a ranking table of Promotion Participants based on trading volume (where first place is the Participant with the highest trading volume), updated every 30 minutes. Final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 UTC on April 23, 2026.
Trading volume of Participants will be counted only for the PRZK/USDT pair.
Trading volume is calculated as the total sum of all executed buy and sell orders by a Participant on the PRZK/USDT pair during the Promotion Period.
During the competition on April 13, 2026, information on the total trading volume achieved by Participants in the specified trading pair as of that date will be published on the blog.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:
- Engage in wash trading (execute their own orders);
- Use accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special trading fee discounts provided to holders of WhiteBIT Coin (WBT));
- Use API bots;
- Use Trading Bots https://whitebit.com/ua/trading-bot;
- Use corporate accounts (e.g., created for exchange services);
- Use multiple accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Engage in any other illegal activity or activity that violates the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.
IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, registering multiple accounts is prohibited. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If at the time of awarding the Prize it is determined that a person is not eligible to be a Participant under these Rules, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The first 20 Participants* in the Leaderboard who fulfill the Conditions of the Promotion and achieve the highest trading volume (at least 100,000 USDT) during the Promotion Period have the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool, which will be distributed as follows:

If fewer than 20 Participants reach a trading volume of 100,000 USDT, the Main Prize Pool will not be redistributed proportionally; Prizes will be awarded according to the distribution above based on the Participant’s position in the Leaderboard.
Rewards will be credited only if the total trading volume generated by all Participants reaches at least 1,000,000 USDT.
If the total trading volume exceeds 10,000,000 USDT, Prizes will still be calculated as for the 10,000,000 USDT volume.
The maximum possible number of Winners eligible to receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 20.
30 Participants who reach at least 20,000 USDT trading volume on the specified pair during the Promotion Period may become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from the Additional Prize Pool, which ranges from 45,000 PRZK to 150,000 PRZK.
The maximum possible number of Winners eligible to receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 30.
One Winner may receive only one Prize from either the Main Prize Pool or the Additional Prize Pool.
Based on the Promotion results, the Organizer automatically forms a list of Participants who fulfilled the Terms and achieved the highest trading volume at 12:00 UTC on April 23, 2026, according to the Leaderboard.
The list of Participants who reached over 20,000 USDT trading volume will be formed from April 23, 2026, to May 6, 2026.
Determination of Winners will take place on May 6, 2026. Winners of the Main Prize Pool will be the 20 Participants who fulfilled all Terms and had the highest trading volume in PRZK/USDT at the end of the Promotion, according to the Leaderboard ranking. These Participants will undergo additional verification for compliance with all Terms and Conditions and absence of violations. If any violation is detected, the Participant loses the right to the Prize and their ranking position.
Determination of Winners for the Additional Prize Pool will take place on May 6, 2026, using the random.org service among all Participants who fulfilled the Terms and reached over 20,000 USDT trading volume.
The list of all Winners will be published in this article on May 6, 2026. A video recording of the Winner selection process for the Additional Prize Pool will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit Prizes to the Main balances of Winners within 10 business days from the day following the publication of the Winners list.
If a Winner does not receive the Prize or encounters any issues, they must contact support via https://whitebit.com, support@whitebit.com, or chat no later than May 27, 2026. Failure to do so results in loss of the right to the Prize.
If after determining Winners it is found that a Participant violated the Terms or Rules, such Winner loses the right to the Prize and Winner status. The right to the Prize transfers to the next Participant in the Leaderboard or random.org list. For example, if the 3rd place Participant is disqualified, the Prize is awarded to the 4th place Participant.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge without the possibility of exchange. No cash equivalent is provided. The Winner cannot demand additional compensation. The Organizer provides no warranty obligations regarding the Prize.
The received Prize is non-refundable.
Winners cannot transfer their right to receive the Prize to third parties.
A Winner may refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
