Terms and Conditions of the “Dream Match Pass” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The PromotionPeriod runs from 12:00 UTC on April 24, 2026, to 12:00 UTC on May 4, 2026.

The Promotion is held in all countries except Afghanistan, Ambazonia, American Samoa, Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Guam, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, Myanmar, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nicaragua, North Korea, Northern Cyprus, Northern Mariana Islands, Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic, Puerto Rico, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, the State of Palestine, Syria, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Trinidad and Tobago, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the United States, Venezuela, Western Sahara, Yemen.

Eligibility for the Promotion is determined by the availability of WhiteBIT’s products and services in the Participant’s jurisdiction. Certain products and services may be unavailable to residents of specific countries due to regulatory or other restrictions. Participants may only fulfill the Promotion Terms and Conditions by using WhiteBIT products and services that are accessible in their jurisdiction.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a gambling service, or a contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Registered on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange at the time of the start of the Promotion and have passed the verification procedure (KYC).
2. Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion’s page*.
3. Completed** at least one of the following tasks at least once:

3.1 Made transactions using a WhiteBIT Nova debit card for an amount equivalent to 50+ EUR during the Promotion Period***.

3.2 Purchased assets worth 50+ USDC using Buy Crypto during the Promotion Period.

3.3 Exchanged assets worth at least 50 USDC (or equivalent) via the “Exchange” page on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion Period.

3.4 Found 2 hidden tickets**** on the WhiteBIT website during the Promotion Period. A hint regarding their location and the required actions will be published on the Organizer’s social media channels.

*Participants who have met the requirements of Condition 2 will be included in the Participant list and will have the opportunity to win a Prize, subject to the results of the giveaway.

**Participants may complete Tasks 3.1–3.3 multiple times; each completed Task will result in one additional entry in the Participants’ list. Participants are not required to complete all of the above Tasks simultaneously or within a single transaction.

****The use of the WhiteBIT Nova card is subject to geographical restrictions, and it is the Participant’s responsibility to review these restrictions independently.

****During the Promotion Period, the tickets will be placed on the WhiteBIT website and will remain accessible for the entire Promotion period. Participants may locate them by performing specific actions or interacting with website elements. Completion of this Task may be combined with the completion of Tasks 3.1–3.3. Participants are not required to complete Tasks 3.1–3.3 together in order to be eligible to locate the tickets. However, completing such Tasks may increase the likelihood of finding them.

Important!While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Terms and Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing and advertising, and for tax and accounting purposes.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants in the Promotion who have fulfilled at least the Main Conditions 1-2 of the Promotion during the Promotion Period have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the prizes from the Main Prize Pool, which consists of 50 tickets to the Barcelona vs. Real Madrid football match to be held on May 10, 2026, specifically, 2 tickets each.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 25 people.

Promotion Participants who fulfill Main Promotion Conditions 1-2 and Condition 3.4 will have the opportunity to become a Winner and win a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool, consisting of 2 tickets to the Barcelona vs. Real Madrid football match to be held on May 10, 2026.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 1 person.

One Winner can win one Prize from the Main Prize Pool and one Prize from the Additional Prize Pool.

Based on the Promotion results, from April 30, 2026, to May 4, 2026, inclusively, the Organizer generates the list of Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Main Promotion Conditions.

The Promotion Winners who will receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool will be determined on May 5, 2026, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Conditions. The Winners of the Main Prize Pool are determined by rating (position in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).

The Winner of the Promotion who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool will be the Participant who is the first to fulfill the Main Conditions 1-2 and Condition 3.4.

If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the list of Winners formed by https://www.random.org/ service.

The list of all Winners who will receive the Prizes from the Main and Additional Prize Pools will be published in this article on May 5, 2026. A video with the screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool will be published the same day on WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Winners of the Promotion will be notified via push notification (if the WhiteBIT application is installed) and by email sent to the address provided during registration onhttps://whitebit.com within 5 hours following the publication of the list of Winners. The email sent to the Winners will include a link to a Google Form, which must be completed by the Winners between the receipt of the notification email and May 6, 2026, inclusive. The form requires the following information: full name, date of birth, nationality, and the number of the document confirming the Winner’s identity. The Winner must provide their personal information, as well as that of the individual accompanying them to the football match, along with their consent to the processing of their data. Upon receipt of the completed form, the tickets will be sent to the Winner’s email address, as provided during registration on the websitehttps://whitebit.com, no later than May 7, 2026.

If the Winners fail to submit the required personal information, as well as that of the individual accompanying them to the match, by the deadline specified above, such Winners shall forfeit their right to receive the Prize. In such a case, an additional Prize giveaway shall be conducted on May 7, 2026. The Winners selected in the additional Prize giveaway shall be notified of their win via push notification, provided they have the WhiteBIT app installed, and via email to the address specified during registration on the websitehttps://whitebit.com, within 2 hours following the publication of the nicknames of the Winners of the additional Prize giveaway. The email sent to such Winners will also include a link to a Google Form, which must be fulfilled by the Winners from the moment of receipt of the email until May 7, 2026, inclusive. The form shall require the submission of the necessary personal information of the Winner and the individual accompanying them to the match, along with their consent to the processing of their data. Upon receipt of the completed form, the tickets shall be sent as an attachment to an email addressed to the Winner’s email address provided during registration on the websitehttps://whitebit.com no later than May 8, 2026, inclusive. The additional Prize giveaway may be conducted only once.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. The Winner is solely responsible for all expenses related to receiving and/or using the Prize, including travel, accommodation, meals, visa costs, and any other organizational or logistical expenses.

The received Prize cannot be returned.

In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than May 8, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
