Terms of Participation in the Promotion “DRIP Memology”
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion Period: From 3 PM (UTC) on December 26, 2024, to 3 PM (UTC) on January 3, 2025.
The Promotion is conducted in all countries except the following: the United States, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Japan, China, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility to enter the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The main purpose of the Promotion is to promote the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms do not constitute a public promise of a reward.
The information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes by the Organizer.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of eligible countries (i.e., all except the ones listed above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who fulfill the following Terms during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and completed the verification process (KYC);
- Followed the WhiteBIT and DRIP pages on X;
- Left a comment in the thread under the post on X by the link;
- Created a meme about WhiteBIT and DRIP, published it on their page on X, and taged it with #WhiteBIT_meme;
- Filled out the Google form providing their WhiteBIT exchange username, X username, and a link to their post.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.
Any personal data of Participants will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion, as well as for marketing, advertising, taxation, and accounting purposes.
B2B clients, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If it is established at the time of awarding the Prize that a person who participated in the Promotion is ineligible according to these Rules, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who fulfill all Terms of the Promotion during the Promotion Period have the chance to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Prize pool, totaling 2,600 DRIP (260 DRIP per Winner).
The maximum number of Winners is 10. Each Winner can receive only one Prize.
By January 15, 2025, the Organizer will automatically compile a list of Participants who fulfilled all Terms of the Promotion.
January 15, 2025 DRIP representatives will select the 10 most interesting memes, the authors of which will become the Winners.
The list of Winners will be published in this article on January 15, 2025.
The Organizer will credit Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within seven business days from the next calendar day after the list of Winners is published.
Winners will be notified of the Prize credit via email to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com within five business days after the Prizes are credited.
If, after the Winners are determined, it is revealed that a Participant failed to comply with the Terms of the Promotion or violated these Rules or the User Agreement, such Winner loses their right to the Prize and Winner status. In such cases, the Prize and Winner status will be transferred to the next eligible Participant with the highest number of votes on X.
The Prize is awarded free of charge and cannot be exchanged. The Prize cannot be substituted for its cash equivalent. Winners of the Promotion have no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer provides no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received under this Promotion.
Prizes are not subject to return.
If the Winners do not receive the Prize they are entitled to or face any other difficulties, they must contact online support at https://whitebit.com or via email at support@whitebit.com no later than January 31, 2025, inclusive. If the Winners do not reach out regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they forfeit their right to the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion cannot transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
A Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not reimburse additional expenses incurred by the Winner in connection with receiving the Prize. The taxation of the income of Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for conducting the Promotion, performing all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, announcing the Promotion results through advertising or other means), as well as possibly sending the Participant informational, including promotional, materials about the Organizer’s future events/contests/promotions/drawings. By accepting these Terms, Participants thus give their consent to the processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as of the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, Participants of the Promotion, by participating in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their last names and first names without any monetary compensation, as well as their agreement to adhere to other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion to the media, including on radio and television, and to be photographed for creating graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and the duration of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information will be provided on the Organizer’s website at https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In situations allowing for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or questions not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations facilitating the exchange of information between Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for circumstances resulting in postal shipments not being delivered, being delayed, lost, or damaged; or for any circumstances that result in a Participant of the Promotion not receiving the respective Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies in translations of the materials into different languages used in the Promotion, the English version shall be considered valid and shall override all other versions.
