Terms of Participation in the Promotion “Easter Egg in Reels”

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: From 3 PM (UTC) on December 27, 2024, to 2 PM (UTC) on December 31, 2024.

Promotion Territory: The Promotion is conducted in all countries except American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, the United States, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic,” the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Spain, France, Germany, Lithuania, Australia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Canada, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or Rules of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held to promote the services of WhiteBIT.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all except those listed above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Terms:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed identity verification (KYC);
• Followed the WhiteBIT page on Instagram;
• Collected a code* from answers to 5 quiz questions on the WhiteBIT Instagram page.

*The code must include all characters before the correct answer without spaces.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion Period.

IMPORTANT! Participants are prohibited from registering on the exchange multiple times (i.e., using multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, each Participant may register only once (i.e., have only one account). The use of multiple accounts or collaboration with affiliated users to manipulate the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are discovered, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second and any subsequent accounts created.

Any personal data of the Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting purposes.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that a person who participated in the Promotion is not eligible under these Rules, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants who fulfill all the Terms and Rules of the Promotion may become Winners and win part of the Promotion Prize pool, namely 20 USDT.

The maximum number of Winners of the Promotion is 1 person.

Each Winner may receive only one Prize.

The Winners of the Promotion will be Participants who are the fastest to collect the correct code from the quiz answers and activate it on the WhiteBIT exchange. The Prize will then be immediately credited to their Main balance on WhiteBIT.

The Winners receive the Prize free of charge. Substitution of the Prize for its monetary equivalent is not allowed. The Winners of the Promotion are not entitled to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The Prize received cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received under this Promotion and in accordance with these Rules.

In the event the Prize is not received, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in the case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or in the chat no later than January 6, 2025. If the Winner fails to contact support by January 6, 2025, including regarding non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The Winner determined through the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not reimburse any additional expenses incurred by the Winner in relation to receiving the Prize. The taxation of the Winner’s income derived from the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Winner’s country.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, carrying out all necessary related actions (including but not limited to notifying about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means), as well as for the potential subsequent delivery of information, including promotional materials, about future events/contests/promotions/draws of the Organizer. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations allowing ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. Furthermore, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
