The Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “EIGEN Call” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion period is from 14:00 UTC on June 16, 2025, to 15:00 UTC on June 20, 2025.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, Lithuania, Indonesia, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Turkey, Australia, United Kingdom, Austria, Japan, China, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest, and these Terms do not offer a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Registered on WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange as of the start of the Promotion and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
- Followed WhiteBIT and EigenLayer on X;
- Tagged a friend in the thread below the Promotion start post on X;
- Quoted the post with the Conditions;
- Filled out the Google form with their exchange’s nickname, X’s nickname, and a link to the quote of the Promotion start post.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the specified period.
Important! While participating in the Promotion, you are forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperating with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate the Terms and Conditions is prohibited. It will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants who fulfill all the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions can become Winners and win a part of the Promotion Prize Pool, which is 500 USDTB*, namely 10 USDTB each.

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners is 50 people. Only Participants in countries where futures contracts are available can become Winners.
One Winner may receive only one Prize.
Based on the Promotion’s results from June 20, 2025 to June 30, 2025, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on June 30, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms. The rating determines the winners (placed on the list at https://www.random.org/service).
The list of the Winners will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) on June 30, 2025, and a screen recording video of the process of determining the Prize Winners will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Collateral balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days following the publication of the list of Winners on the WhiteBIT blog.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by email to the email address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Collateral balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. The Prize cannot be replaced by its monetary equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the Conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
The received Prize is not subject to return.
If the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, they must contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in chat by no later than July 16, 2025, inclusively. If the Winners fail to contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
