Terms and Conditions of the “First Crypto Boost” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The Promotion Period runs from 12:00 UTC on July 1, 2026, to 12:00 UTC on July 31, 2026.

The Promotion is held in all countries except the United States, Australia, Great Britain, the Republic of Austria, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Kingdom of Denmark, Republic of Estonia, Finland (Republic of Finland), French Republic, Federal Republic of Germany, Hellenic Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Italian Republic, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Republic of Malta, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Republic of Poland, the Portuguese Republic, Romania, the Slovak Republic, the Republic of Slovenia, the Kingdom of Spain, the Kingdom of Sweden, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a gambling service, or a contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Main Conditions during the Promotion Period:

1. Registered on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com, and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
2. Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page;
3. Made an initial deposit in any asset for a minimum amount equivalent to 50 USD₮;
4. Executed at least onepurchase* of 50 USD₮ or an equivalent amount in XAU₮, whether in a single transaction or multiple transactions. Only purchases in USD₮ and XAU₮ are eligible for participation;
5. Maintained the purchased asset in their exchange account until the end of the Promotion Period. The Participants must hold the purchased asset on WhiteBIT and not withdraw it at least until the end of the Promotion.

*Each time the Participant fulfills Condition 4, the Participant receives one additional entry in the list of Participants. If the Participant purchases an eligible asset in an amount exceeding the threshold specified in Condition 4 in a single transaction, the Participant shall receive the number of entries in the list of Participants corresponding to the number of full threshold amounts included in such transaction. For example, if the Participant makes a purchase of 160 USD₮, the Participant receives 3 entries to the list of Participants at once.

Participants of the Promotion can also fulfill the following Condition: Invite referrals*** to the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion Period.

***A Referral under this Promotion means a new WhiteBIT user who registers on WhiteBIT for the first time via the Participant’s referral link, successfully completes KYC verification, and makes their first deposit during the Promotion Period in an amount equivalent to at least 50 USD₮ in any asset available on WhiteBIT.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Additional Conditions during the Promotion Period, provided that the Main Conditions 1-5 have been fulfilled prior to the Additional Conditions:

1. Executed trades as takers (i.e., orders executed immediately against existing liquidity) on the following trading pairs: XAU₮-PERP, BTC-PERP, or ETH-PERP;
2. Achieved a trading volume of at least 5,000 USD₮ (or its equivalent) on the specified pairs during the Promotion Period.

The Leaderboard is a ranking table of Promotion Participants, ranked by trading volume (the Participant with the highest trading volume is at the top), and is updated every Tuesday and Friday during the Promotion period. Final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 UTC on August 5, 2026, and after, validated by the Organizer.

The trading volume is the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant across the XAU₮-PERP, BTC-PERP, and ETH-PERP pairs during the Promotion Period.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:

• Use wash trading (execute their own orders);

• Use accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special trading fee discounts granted to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders, VIP status users, and participants in the Affiliate Program);

• Use API bots;

• Use corporate accounts (e.g., accounts created for exchange services);

• Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);

• Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.

Important! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multiple accounts.

The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

All Promotion Participants who fulfill the Main Promotion Conditions 1-5 during the Promotion Period have an opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes in the Main Prize Pool, which is 10,000 USD₮, namely 10 USD₮ each.

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 1,000 people. If the number of Promotion Winners is fewer than 1,000, the amount of each Prize from the Main Prize Pool shall remain unchanged.

All Promotion Participants who won Prizes from the Main Prize Pool will automatically receive a Prize from the Special Prize Pool, namely 20,000 USD₮, divided into 4 USD₮ each. Additional 4 USD₮ Prizes will be granted for each subsequent fulfillment of the Condition. A Participant can receive a Prize for a maximum of 5 referrals, and the maximum Prize of the Special Prize Pool Prize per Winner of the Main Prize Pool is capped at 20 USD₮.

The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Special Prize Pool is 1,000 Winners of the Main Prize Pool.

All Promotion Participants who won Prizes from the Main Prize Pool who also fulfill the Promotion Additional Conditions and achieve the highest trading volume (minimum 5,000 USD₮) during the Promotion Period, have an opportunity to become the Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Additional Prize Pool, which is up to 1,000 USD₮, distributed as follows:

1st place in the Leaderboard – 200 USD₮;

2nd place in the Leaderboard – 150 USD₮;

3rd place in the Leaderboard – 100 USD₮;

4th – 10th places in the Leaderboard – 50 USD₮ each;

11 – 20th places in the Leaderboard – 20 USD₮ each.

IMPORTANT! USD₮ accruals are available only in jurisdictions where futures trading is permitted on the WhiteBIT exchange. If, during the validation of Participants, it is determined that a Participant does not have access to futures trading, that Participant will forfeit their right to win, and the right will pass to the next Participant on the list.

*In case the number of Promotion Participants reaching the trading volume of 5,000 USD₮ is less than 20, the Additional Prize Pool will not be distributed proportionally among such Participants, and the Prizes will be awarded according to the above-mentioned distribution, in accordance with the Participant’s place in the Leaderboard.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 20.

One Winner can win only one Prize from the Main and Additional Prize Pools.

Based on the Promotion results, from August 5, 2026, to August 6, 2026, the Organizer generates the list of Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Main Conditions 1-5. The Promotion Winners who will receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool will be determined on August 5, 2026, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Main Promotion Conditions 1-5 during the Promotion Period. The Winners of the Main Prize Pool are determined by rating (position in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).

Based on the Promotion results, from August 5, 2026, to August 6, 2026 the Organizer automatically generates the list of Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Main Conditions 1-5 and Additional Promotion Conditions and reached the highest trading volume (no less than 5,000 USD₮ in trading volume) at 12:00 UTC on August 6, 2026, according to the trading volume of Promotion Participants at the moment of its completion. This list will be available in the Leaderboard.

The Winners who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool will be 20 Participants who became the Winners of the Main Prize Pool and had the largest trading volume on the XAU₮-PERP, BTC-PERP, and ETH-PERP pairs at the end of the Promotion, according to the rating formed in the Leaderboard.

If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the Leaderboard who has reached the highest trading volume on the pairs specified in the Terms and Conditions or to the next Participant in the list formed by the random.org service.

The list of all the Winners will be published in this article on August 7, 2026. A video with the screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool will be published the same day on WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the list of Winners is published.

The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.

The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

The received Prize cannot be returned.

In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than August 25, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.

The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the translations into the languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
