Terms and Conditions of the «Fan Mode: On» Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion Period runs from 17:00 UTC on June 22, 2026, to 15:00 UTC on June 29, 2026.
The Promotion is held in all countries except United States, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a gambling service, or a contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who have met the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
- Followed the WhiteBIT Instagram page;
- Left a comment* using only emojis to describe their perfect football matchday under the post announcing the start of the Promotion;
*Note that each Participant may leave an unlimited number of comments; however, multiple comments shall not increase the number of entries to the Participants list. Each Participant shall receive only one entry.
Important! Only Instagram profiles that meet the following conditions can participate in the Promotion:
- The account has at least 12 posts, with a minimum of 5 days between each post;
- The account has an avatar and more than 100 followers;
- The account must stay public during the activity (until the Winners’ announcement);
- The Participant’s Instagram account must remain public throughout the entire Promotion Period and until the announcement of the Winners, inclusive. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant whose Instagram account is private or otherwise inaccessible for verification purposes at any time during the aforementioned period.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who fulfill all the Conditions of the Promotion have an opportunity to become Winners and receive a Prize from the Prize Pool, which consists of the following merchandise items:
1 Juventus-branded jersey;
1 Barcelona-branded hat.
The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners who can receive the Prize is 1 person.
Based on the Promotion results, from June 29, 2026, to July 7, 2026, inclusively, the Organizer generates the list of Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Conditions.
The Promotion Winner to receive the Prize will be determined on July 7, 2026, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Conditions. The Winner shall be determined according to the order generated by the https://www.random.org/ service.
If, after determining the Winners, it is found that the Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or otherwise violated these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status. In this case, the right to receive the Prize and the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant in the list of Winners formed by https://www.random.org/ service.
The nickname of the Winner will also be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog on July 7, 2026. A video with the screen recording of the process of determining the Winner will be published the same day on WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Winner of the Promotion shall be notified by the Organizer via a direct message sent to the Instagram account used by the Winner to participate in the Promotion, within seven (7) business days from the date of publication of the Winner’s Instagram nickname.
The Winner shall respond to the Organizer’s message and provide the required shipping details within two (2) calendar days from the date of receipt of such message. The required shipping details shall include the Winner’s full name, residential address, and phone number.
Failure to provide the required shipping details within the specified period shall result in the forfeiture of the Winner’s status. In such a case, the Winner’s status shall be transferred to the next Participant selected from the list generated via random.org.
The Prize shall be dispatched to the Winner within twenty (20) business days after the Winner provides the required shipping details via private messages.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The Prize cannot be returned once received.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than August 13, 2026. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner may refuse to accept the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
