Terms and Conditions of the “Giveaways During the ICTC Broadcast” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion Period: from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on May 9, 2025, and from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on May 10, 2025.
Territory of the Promotion: the Promotion is held in all countries except: the United States, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, and the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of each Participant to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country of jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants to take part in the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted with the primary purpose of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.
This Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes by the Organizer.
Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (that is, all except those mentioned above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions during the Promotion Period:
— Promotion Conditions 1 for receiving a Prize from Prize Pool 1:
- Watched the broadcast and answered questions announced by the host during 1 minute in the WhiteBIT Telegram channel during the Promotion Period from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on May 9 and from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on May 10*.
*The Winners of the Prize Pool 1 will be chosen 4 times during the Promotion period—2 times each day during the ICTC broadcast, which will be held from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on May 9 and from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on May 10.
— Promotion Conditions 2 for receiving a Prize from Prize Pool 2:
- Watched the broadcast and submitted any question to the ICTC broadcast held from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on May 9 and from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on May 10**;
- Posted their questions during 1 minute in the WhiteBIT Telegram channel when prompted by the host.
**The Winners of the Prize Pool 2 will be chosen 2 times during the Promotion period—once each day during the ICTC broadcast, which will be held from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on May 9 and from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC on May 10.
IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to register on the exchange multiple times (using multiple accounts) during participation in the Promotion. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (maintain only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or collaboration with affiliated users and/or sub-account users owned by the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are identified, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second and any subsequent accounts.
The Promotion Conditions must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting purposes.
Representatives of the B2B segment, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not allowed to participate in the Promotion. If at the time of Prize distribution it is found that a person who participated in the Promotion does not qualify as a Participant under these Rules, such person will not be entitled to receive a Prize.
Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 1 during the Promotion Period have the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from Prize Pool 1—one of 50 XPrime memberships*** from Xtraveler.io.

One Winner who has fulfilled the Promotion Conditions 1 can receive one Prize from Prize Pool 1.
Participants who fulfill Promotion Conditions 2 during the Promotion Period have the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from Prize Pool 2—1 of 6 branded T-shirts**** by WhiteBIT to each Winner.
****3 branded T-shirts by WhiteBIT will be given away during the 1 day of the ICTC broadcast.
The maximum number of Winners eligible to receive a Prize from Prize Pool 2 is 6 individuals.
One Winner who has fulfilled the Promotion Conditions 2 can receive one Prize from Prize Pool 2.
One Winner can receive Prizes from Prize Pool 1 and Prize Pool 2 simultaneously.
Winners eligible for a Prize from Prize Pool 1 and Prize Pool 2 will be selected on May 9 and May 10, 2025, in the WhiteBIT Telegram channel during the broadcast (13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC).
The lists of Winners for Prize Pool 1 and Prize Pool 2 will be published in this article on May 10, 2025.
The Organizer will contact the Winners of Prize Pool 1 and Prize Pool 2 via Telegram within 5 business days following the day after the list of Winners is published to clarify Prize delivery details.
If the Prize is not received, even though the Winner was eligible, or if any other issues arise, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by email at support@whitebit.com, or via chat no later than June 6, 2025 (inclusive). If the Winner fails to contact the Organizer by this date, including for issues related to Prize receipt, they forfeit their right to the Prize.
If it is found after Winner selection that a Participant has not properly fulfilled the Promotion Conditions or has otherwise violated these Terms or the User Agreement, the Winner loses their right to the Prize and the status of Winner.
The Prize is awarded free of charge and is non-exchangeable. No cash equivalent or substitution will be provided. The Winner may not request any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received under this Promotion and according to these Terms.
The Prize is non-returnable.
Winners cannot transfer their right to receive the Prize to third parties.
A Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not reimburse any additional costs incurred by the Winner in connection with receiving the Prize. Taxes on income from the Prize are handled in accordance with the applicable laws of the Participant’s country.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, carrying out all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, communicating results in promotional materials or otherwise), and for future communications, including promotional messages about future events/competitions/promotions/giveaways by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms, Participants consent to such data processing by the Organizer and/or authorized parties and confirm their full understanding and awareness of the purposes of the data processing and the applicable privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants also confirm their consent to the use of their first and last names without any monetary compensation, and their agreement to comply with all other Promotion Rules. Winners agree to provide promotional interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion for use in media, including radio and TV, and to be photographed for promotional materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and duration of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information will be provided on the Organizer’s website at https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not engage in disputes between Participants regarding the Prize. In cases of ambiguity in interpreting these Rules or matters not covered herein, the final decision shall be made by the Organizer in accordance with applicable law. Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication services, postal services (including email), or any errors by employees of institutions/organizations involved in information exchange between Participants and the Organizer, nor for circumstances that result in delayed, lost, or damaged mail, or in which a Participant does not receive their Prize.
In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies in translations into different languages used in the Promotion, the English version shall prevail and supersede all others.
