Terms and Conditions for Participation in the “Green Light, Red Light” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: from 12 PM (UTC) on January 20, 2025, to 12 PM (UTC) on February 16, 2025.

Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is conducted in all countries except the American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, State of Libya, State of Palestine, freely associated state of Puerto Rico, Federal Republic of Somalia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, United States of America, Syrian Arab Republic, Republic of Sudan, Republic of South Sudan, “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” French Republic, Federal Republic of Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Republic of Kosovo, Canada, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The responsibility for ensuring the legal possibility of their participation according to the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted to promote WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gaming business service, or contest. These Rules and Conditions are not a public promise to reward Participants.

Information about the Promotion is disseminated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.

The Participants of the Promotion: Adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., except those listed above) or other persons legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website by this link for the first time* or were previously registered and completed the identity verification procedure (KYC) on WhiteBIT exchange;
• Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page.

*A newly registered Promotion Participant on WhiteBIT exchange can get 20 Promotion points and become one of the 300 random Winners who will receive 5 USDС for registration and identity verification (KYC) on WhiteBIT. For each completed task that a Promotion Participant makes for the first time on the WhiteBIT exchange, they receive +100 Promotion points.

The Promotion Participants can also complete the Promotion tasks (Additional Promotion Conditions 1) to collect the Promotion points**.

**The Winners will be those Promotion Participants who collect the largest number of Promotion points during the Promotion Period. A Promotion Participant can receive a different amount of Promotion points for completing different tasks.

The Promotion Tasks (Additional Promotion Conditions 1):

• Top up your Main or Total balance with at least $10 (equivalent) on WhiteBIT exchange (get 10 Promotion points);
• Top up your Main or Total balance with at least $50 (equivalent) on WhiteBIT exchange (get 70 Promotion points);
• Top up your Main or Total balance with at least $100*** (equivalent) on WhiteBIT exchange (get 100 Promotion points);
• Top up your Main or Total balance with more than $100 (equivalent) on WhiteBIT exchange (get 120 Promotion points);
• Buy crypto for an amount equivalent to at least $5 on WhiteBIT exchange (get 20 Promotion points);
• Buy crypto for an amount equivalent to at least $25 on WhiteBIT exchange (get 50 Promotion points);
• Buy crypto for an amount equivalent to at least $100 on WhiteBIT exchange (get 120 Promotion points);
• Make at least $500 (equivalent) of trading volume on the spot trading on WhiteBIT exchange (get 300 Promotion points);
• Make at least $5000 (equivalent) of trading volume on the futures trading on WhiteBIT exchange (get 300 Promotion points);
• Make more than $1,000 (equivalent) of trading volume on the spot trading on WhiteBIT exchange (get 500 Promotion points);
• Make more than $10,000 (equivalent) of trading volume on the futures trading on WhiteBIT exchange (get 500 Promotion points);
• Invite new people to WhiteBIT exchange using your referral link(get 30 Promotion points for each verified (KYC) referral you invite);
• Invite new people to WhiteBIT exchange using your referral link (get 30 Promotion points for each referral you invite who tops up their Main or Trade Balance on WhiteBIT for any amount).

***A Participant can only receive Promotion points for completing one of the similar tasks (for example, completing a task to buy crypto equivalent to $100 does not give points for completing a task to buy crypto equivalent to $5 and $25). It is important to keep the funds in your account until the end of the Рromotion.

The Promotion Participants can also receive Prizes for completing more Additional Promotion Conditions.

Additional Promotion Conditions 2: Top up your Main or Trade balance with the largest amount (at least equivalent to $500) during the Promotion Period.

Additional Promotion Conditions 3: Invite the largest number of referrals who confirmed their identities (KYC) to WhiteBIT exchange using your referral link (at least 20 persons) during the Promotion Period.

Additional Promotion Conditions 4: Make the largest trading volume (at least equivalent to $30,000) while trading on the spot market on WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion Period.

Additional Promotion Conditions 5: Make the largest trading volume (at least equivalent to $100,000) while trading futures**** on WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion Period.

****Attention: These Promotion Terms can only be fulfilled by participants whose place of residence allows futures trading.

Important! During the Promotion, it is prohibited to register on the exchange multiple times (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users and/or sub-account users belonging to the Participant to manipulate the Promotion Conditions is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case multiple accounts are created, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Promotion Conditions must be met within the Promotion Period.

Any personal data of the Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.

B2B clients, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is found that a person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant according to these Rules, such person is not entitled to receive the Prize.

300 Participants who meet all the Promotion Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a Prize from the Main Prize Pool of 1,500 USDC—5 USDC each.

Participants who meet all the Promotion Conditions and Additional Promotion Conditions 1 have the opportunity to become Winners and win a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool 1 of up to 5,000 USDC. The size of the Additional Prize Pool 1 will depend on the number of Participants who complete the Additional Promotion Conditions 1, any of which will be distributed equally among all such Participants, and will vary as follows:

• Prize Pool for up to 500 Participants—2,000 USDC;
• Prize Pool for up to 1,000 Participants—3,000 USDC;
• Prize Pool for 1,001+ Participants—5,000 USDC.

Here is the formula for calculating the amount of Prize share from Additional Prize Pool 1 for each participant: the number of Participant points / the total number of top 30 Participants’ points * Total Prize Pool.

A Participant who meets all the Promotion Conditions and Additional Promotion Conditions 2 has the opportunity to become a Winner and win the Additional Prize 2 of 50 USDC.

A Participant who meets all the Promotion Conditions and Additional Promotion Conditions 3 has the opportunity to become a Winner and win the Additional Prize 3 of 150 USDC.

A Participant who meets all the Promotion Conditions and Additional Promotion Conditions 4 has the opportunity to become a Winner and win the Additional Prize 4 of 100 USDC.

A Participant who meets all the Promotion Conditions and Additional Promotion Conditions 5 has the opportunity to become a Winner and win the Additional Prize 5 of 200 USDC.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who will sharethe Main Prize Pool is 300.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who will sharethe Additional Prize Pool1 is 30 persons.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who will getthe Additional Prize 2 is 1 person.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who will getthe Additional Prize 3 is 1 person.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who will getthe Additional Prize 4 is 1 person.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners who will getthe Additional Prize 5 is 1 person.

One Winner can receive a Prize for fulfilling the Main Conditions (if he/she/they fulfill/s them for the first time during the Promotion period), a Prize for collecting points (Additional Promotion Conditions 1) and a Prize for fulfilling other Additional Promotion Conditions (2, 3, 4, 5).

Based on the Promotion’s results from February 16, 2025, to February 25, 2025, the Organizer will form three lists of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.

The determination of the Promotion Winners who will share the Main Prize Pool will take place on February 25, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically, among all Promotion Participants who fulfilled the Main Promotion Conditions. Winners will be determined by their ranking (position on the list at https://www.random.org/).

The determination of the Promotion Winners who will share the Additional Prize 2, 3, 4, 5 will take place on February 25, 2025 based on the compiled lists of Winners.

The list of all Winners will be published on February 25, 2025, in this article on the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/), and a video recording of the screen showing the process of determining the Winners will be posted on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer will credit all the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days of announcing the Winners.

The Promotion Winners will be informed about the Prize credit via the email address provided during registration on the website, https://whitebit.com/, within 5 business days from the day all Prizes are credited.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. No substitution of the Prize is allowed. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion under the conditions specified in these Rules.

If the Prize is not received, although the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com or email support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do this no later than 6/3/2025. If the Winner does not contact within this period, particularly concerning the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

Winners determined based on the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Promotion Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not reimburse any additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. The taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information provided voluntarily by them, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and otherwise), and also for possible future sending of information to the Participant, including advertising, about the Organizer’s subsequent events/contests/promotions/drawings. By accepting the terms of these Conditions, Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Rules. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about participating in the Promotion in the media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and timing of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In case of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Promotion Organizer in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations ensuring the exchange of information between Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances resulting in postal items not being delivered, delayed, lost, or damaged; or resulting in the Promotion Participant not receiving the corresponding Prize.
