Stage 2

- The 5 winners will be invited to take a shot from center court.
- The first person to score will win either 1,500 USDC or 3,000 USDC!
If none of the five Stage 2 winners score on their first attempt, the prize will roll over to the next match—FC Barcelona vs. AS Monaco—and the prize will be tripled!
Stage 3
On April 22, we’ll randomly select 5 users who registered via a referral link to win tickets to the FC Barcelona against AS Monaco game. They will have to come to see the game, and during halftime:
- The 5 winners will be invited to take a shot from center court.
- The first person to score will win either 1,500 USDC or 4,500 USDC.

Terms and Conditions of the “Half-Court Hero” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
The Promotion period is from 12 PM UTC on March 10, 2025, to 11:59 PM UTC on April 23, 2025. The Promotion is conducted in 3 Stages, which includes 3 matches:
Stage 1 — from 12 PM UTC on March 10, 2025, until 12 PM UTC on March 25, 2025. The match of FC Barcelona against Bayern Munich will take place in Palau Blaugrana, Barcelona, on March 25, at 8:30 PM UTC.
Stage 2 — from 12 PM UTC on March 26, 2025, until 12 PM UTC on April 11, 2025. The match of FC Barcelona against Virtus Segafredo Bologna will take place in Palau Blaugrana, Barcelona, on April 11, at 8:30 PM UTC.
Stage 3 — from 12 PM UTC on April 12*, 2025, until 12 PM UTC on April 29-30, 2025. The match of FC Barcelona against AS Monaco will take place in Palau Blaugrana, Barcelona, on April 29-30, 2025.
* The exact date and time of Stage 3 will be determined and disclosed in this article at a later date.
The Territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the USA, Germany, Great Britain, France, Canada, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, Virgin Islands USA, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, Temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The responsibility for ensuring their legal participation by the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Registered for the first time on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com using a special referral link** provided during the Promotion Period, which will be available in the paid online ads, and have successfully passed identity verification (KYC) on WhiteBIT.
** Each stage of the Promotion will have its own unique referral link. These links will be updated and can be found in these Terms and Conditions at the start of each designated stage of the Promotion.
Important! While participating in the Promotion, Participants are forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperating with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating the Terms and Conditions is prohibited. It will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
Promotion Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions can become Winners of the Main Prize Pool, which is 10 tickets to the FC Barcelona match*** namely 2 tickets each (hereinafter referred to as the Main Prize).
*** 10 tickets will be distributed among 5 Winners separately at each Stage.
Winners of the Promotion may also compete for an Additional Prize Pool (hereinafter referred to as the Additional Prize) by fulfilling the following Conditions:
- Being declared a Winner of the Promotion under its general Terms and Conditions.
- Personally attending the designated match.
- Successfully scoring a basketball shot during the event****.
**** The Winner of the Additional Prize will be selected during the big halftime break, which occurs following the conclusion of the second quarter of the match.
Important! The Additional Prize Pool is limited to 3 Prizes of 1,500 USDC for each Stage of the Promotion. If the Additional Prize is won by the first Participant to score a basket from the five Winners of Stage 1, the Prizes for further Stages will remain 1,500 USDC per Stage.
If no Winner scores a basketball shot during Stage 1, then, the Prize for Stage 2 will be 3,000 USDC. If no Winner scores a basketball shot during Stage 2, then, the Prize for Stage 3 will be 4,500 USDC.
The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners who can win Main Prizes is 15 people, and the maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners who can win the Additional Prize is limited to 3 persons.
One Winner may receive only one Main Prize. Only one Winner may receive an Additional Prize.
Based on the Promotion results from March 21, 2025, to March 21, 2025, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions according to Stage 1.
The Winners of the Promotion, who will receive the Main Prize of Stage 1, will be determined on March 21, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms. The Winners are determined by the rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
The Winner of the Additional Prize of Stage 1 will be selected during the match of FC Barcelona against Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade.
The list of the Winners of Stage 1 will be published in this article on WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) on March 21, 2025. A screen recording video of the process of determining the Main Prize Winners will also be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
Based on the Promotion results from April 9, 2025, to April 9, 2025, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions according to Stage 2.
The Winners of the Promotion, who will receive the Main Prize of Stage 2, will be determined on April 9, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms. The Winners are determined by the rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
The Winner of the Additional Prize of Stage 2 will be selected during the match of FC Barcelona against Bayern Munich.
The list of the Winners of Stage 2 will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) on April 9, 2025. A screen recording video of the process of determining the Main Prize Winners will also be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Winners of the Promotion, who will receive the Main Prize of Stage 3, will be determined on April 22, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms. The Winners are determined by the rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
The Winner of the Additional Prize of Stage 3 will be selected during the match of FC Barcelona against AS Monaco.
The list of the Winners of Stage 3 will be published in this article on WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) on April 22, 2025. A screen recording video of the process of determining the Main Prize Winners will also be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer sends the Main Prizes via an e-mail indicated by the Winners during registration within 2 calendar days after publishing the list of Winners. The Organizer accrues the Additional Prize to the Main Balances of the Winner on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the actual day the Winner won the Additional Prize.
The Winner of the Promotion will be informed about the winning by email to the email address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Additional Prize has been credited to the Winner’s Main balance on the WhiteBIT exchange.
If, after determining the Winners of the Main Prize Fund, it is discovered that a Participant has not properly fulfilled the Conditions of participation in the Promotion or has otherwise violated these Promotion Terms or the User Agreement, that Winner will lose the right to receive the Main Prize and their status as a Winner. In such cases, the Prize and the status of the Winner will be transferred to the next Participant in the list determined by the random.org service.
If, after determining the Winners, it is discovered that a Winner has not properly fulfilled the Conditions of receiving the Additional Prize or has otherwise violated these Promotion Terms or the User Agreement, the Winner will lose the right to receive the Additional Prize, and the Promotion will be extended.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. Substituting the Prize for its monetary equivalent is not allowed. The Winner of the Promotion cannot request any other form of compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the email address support@whitebit.com or write to the Organizer’s agents via online chat within 2 calendar days from the anticipated date of Prize receipt. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, such Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to the receipt of the Prize. The obligation to declare the Prize and remit any applicable taxes rests exclusively with the Winner, in accordance with the applicable tax legislation of their country of tax residence.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular email, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
