Terms and Conditions of the “DYDX Quiz” Promotion

Promotion Organizer is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).

The promotion period is from 1 PM (UTC) September 26, 2024, to 1 PM (UTC) October 3, 2024.

Promotion territory:The promotion is held on the territory of all countries except the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Free Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea Republic, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Republic of Kosovo, Canada, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is held with the main goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a competition. These Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, all, except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries who have fulfilled the following Conditions:

1. Registered for the first time on the WhiteBIT website or are already its users and have passed identity verification (KYC);
2. During the Promotion, answered ten out of ten questions about DYDX correctly in the Google form, in which they also indicated their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange.

The conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the terms of its implementation.

Important!During participation in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Entrants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or with users of Sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate the Terms of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the consent of the owner. In case of detection of the creation of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations and relations in the field of accounting.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degrees of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion under these Rules, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.

Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms can become Winners and win a part of the Prize Fund, which is 800 DYDX, namely 16 DYDX each.

The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners is 25 people.

!!! If the Winner participates in the Deposit Race with DYDX or the Trading competition with DYDX, he has a chance to double his winnings and get 32 ​​DYDX.

One Winner may receive only one Prize.

Based on the Promotion’s results from October 3, 2024, to October 11, 2024, inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms.

The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on October 11, 2024, using the random.org service automatically among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms. The winners who will receive the Prize are determined by their rating (place in the list on https://www.random.org/service).

On October 11, 2024, the Organizer will publish the list of Winners of this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) and a video with a screen recording of the process of determining the Winners on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

We will announce the prize amount in this article for each winner after the third promotion with DYDX, the “Trading Competition with DYDX,” concludes on November 5, 2024. For participation in the Deposit Race with DYDX or the Trading Competition with DYDX, the Winner will receive not 16 DYDX, but 32 DYDX.

The Organizer accrues Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange within 7 working days from the day following the publication of the list of Winners on the WhiteBIT blog until 14.11.2024 inclusive.

The winners of the Promotion will be informed about the calculation of the Prizes by letter to the email address specified during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/, within 5 working days after the calculation of the Prize.

If the Winner fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the status of the Winner, and such right passes to the next Winner on the list.

The winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. Replacement of the Prize with its monetary equivalent is not envisaged. The winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the scope of this Promotion and under the conditions defined by these Terms.

The received Prize is not subject to return.

If Winners do not receive a Prize to which they are entitled or experience any other difficulties, Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com via email at support@whitebit.com or communicate with the Organizer’s agents in the online chat no later than 11/21/2024 inclusive. If the Winners are not notified of the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.

Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.

The winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not compensate the additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out under the current legislation of the Participating countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided to them, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it to conduct the Promotion, carrying out all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending to the Participant of information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the Organizer’s next events/competitions/promotions/raffle. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as of the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about participation in the Promotion in media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Promoter.

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Promotion Organizer makes the final decision under the requirements of current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and cannot be appealed.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which the Participant The shares did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In the event of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages ​​used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
