Terms and Conditions of the “June Deposit & Buy” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion isWhiteBIT.
Promotion period: from June 26, 2025, 2 PM UTC to July 3, 2025, 2 PM UTC.
Promotion territory: The Promotion is held in all countries except Australia, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, Great Britain, Japan, China, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Georgia, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Kingdom of Spain, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Yemen, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of Austria, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The responsibility for ensuring the legal possibility of their participation in accordance with the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of their place of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants in the Promotion can be adult citizens of non-restricted countries (i.e., other than those listed above) or other persons who are legally residing in such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions during the Promotion period:
- Registered for the first time on theWhiteBIT website or were previously registered and have passed KYC verification on the WhiteBIT exchange;
- Deposited at least the equivalent of 25 USDT in the specified assets and purchased at least one of the assets (SOPH, HOME, HAEDAL, MOODENG, HUMA) worth at least 10 USDT;
- Kept this amount in their Main or Trading balance until July 14, 2025;
- Filled out the Google Form with their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange.
Please note! Users who already had SOPH, HOME, HAEDAL, MOODENG, and/or HUMA on their Trading or Main balance, in order to become a Promotion Participant, must increase their balance before the end of the Promotion (1 PM UTC on July 3, 2025) with one of the specified assets by depositing at least 700 SOPH, 1155 HOME, 190 HAEDAL, 165 MOODENG, 690 HUMA compared to the balance at the start of the Promotion, and by purchasing at least 280 SOPH, 460 HOME, 76 HAEDAL, 66 MOODENG, 280 HUMA.
Important! During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register on the exchange multiple times (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may only register once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the consent of the owner. If multiple accounts are found to have been created, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second account created and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion period.
Any personal data of Promotion Participants is processed for the purposes of participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that a person who participated in the Promotion is not eligible to participate in the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants in the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions are eligible to become Winners and win a Prize from the Prize Pool of 970 USDTB* in accordance with the following categories:

IMPORTANT! USDTB is only available for accrual in jurisdictions where futures trading is available on the WhiteBIT exchange. If, during the validation of Participants, it is found that a Participant does not have access to futures trading, such Participant loses their right to win and such right passes to the next Participant on the List.
The maximum total number of Promotion Winners is 106. Each Winner can receive only 1 Prize. A Participant may participate and become a Winner in only one category.
Based on the Promotion’s results, between July 3, 2025, and July 14, 2025, the Organizer will form four lists of Participants who meet the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on July 14, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically, from among all Promotion Participants in each category who have fulfilled the Terms and Conditions. Winners will be ranked by ranking (place on the list,https://www.random.org/).
The list of Winners will be published on July 14, 2025, in this article on the Organizer’s blog, and a video recording of the process of determining the Winners will be published on theWhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days of announcing the Winners.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than July 30, 2025. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
