Terms and Conditions of the “LeisureMeta Balance Bonus” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is the WhiteBIT company.
Promotion period: from 1 pm (UTC) on the 9th of April 2024 to 1 pm (UTC) on the 16th of April 2024.
The Promotion is open to all territories worldwide, except for the following jurisdictions: the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring the legal possibility of their participation in accordance with the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is conducted to popularize WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling business service, or contest; these Rules are not a public promise of a reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising.
Promotion participants are legal adults from non-prohibited countries (i.e., excluding those mentioned above) or other individuals who, on lawful grounds, are present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already its users and have confirmed their identity (KYC verification);
- Topped up their Main or Trading balances or made a purchase in the amount of at least 9500 LM on the WhiteBIT exchange;
- Held the aforementioned amount on their Main or Trading balance on the WhiteBIT exchange until the announcement of the Promotion’s results on the 25th of April 2024, inclusive.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In the case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The terms of the Promotion must be met within the specified time frames.
Any personal data of Promotion participants is processed for the purpose of participating in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that a person participating in the Promotion cannot be a participant in accordance with these Rules, such person is not entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants in the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the 127,000 LM Prize Pool — 6350 LM each.
The maximum number of Winners of the Promotion Prize Pool is 20 individuals. One Winner can receive only 1 Prize.
Following the results of the Promotion, from the 17th of April 2024 to the 25th of April 2024, the Organizer compiles a list of participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.
The determination of the Winners of the Promotion, who will receive Prizes from the Prize Pool, will take place on the 25th of April 2024, using the random.org service, automatically among all Participants in the Promotion who have fulfilled the Promotion Conditions. Winners are determined by their ranking (position in the List on the service, https://www.random.org/). The List of Winners will be published on the 25th of April 2024 herein article on the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/), as well as in a video recording of the process of determining the Winners will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer credits the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 5 business days from the day following the determination of the Winners until the 3rd of May 2024, inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed of the crediting of Prizes by email to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days from the day of crediting all Prizes.
The Winner receives the Prize for free. The Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize is not subject to exchange or return.
The Organizer does not assume warranty obligations for the Prize received within this Promotion and under the Conditions specified in these Rules.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner had the right to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact the online support on the website https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do this no later than the 10th of May 2024, inclusive. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer within the specified period, in particular regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
Winners determined as a result of the Promotion cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Promotion Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate for additional expenses of the Winner associated with receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information to them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by them to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising, about the Organizer’s upcoming events/contests/promotions/draws. By accepting the data requirements of the Conditions, Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of information processing provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, Participants in the Promotion, by participating in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as the consent to comply with other Promotion Rules. Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participating in the Promotion in the media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions and terms of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and in the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between participants in the Promotion regarding the Prize. In case of situations allowing ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of the Participants. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication services, postal communication, including email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between participants in the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which postal shipments did not arrive, arrived with a delay, were lost, or damaged; or due to which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
