Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “LM Deposit Race” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion period will commence from the 15th of January, 13 p.m. (UTC) to the 17th of January, 13 p.m. (UTC).
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not represent a public commitment to reward participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated in accordance with the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens (persons over the age of 18 years) of non-prohibited countries mentioned above who have met the following conditions:
- Registered for the first time on the website https://whitebit.com/ or are already registered users and have passed identity verification (KYC);
- Replenished their Main balance on the https://whitebit.com/ website with an amount exceeding or equalling 18,000+ LM;
- Held the stated funds in their Main or Trade balance on WhiteBIT until the announcement of the winners (25th of January 2024).
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
Participants’ personal data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who have met all the Conditions of the Promotion will have an opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Fund — 245,000 LM. Each Winner will receive 12,250 LM.
The Promotion allows 20 Winners. One Winner receives one Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion from 17.01.2024 to 25.01.2024, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Terms of the Promotion.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on 25.01.2024 using the random.org service automatically among all Participants of the Promotion. The winners are determined by rating (placed in the list on the service https://www.random.org/). The list of the Winners will be published in this article along with the video of the Winners’ determination on 25.01.2024.
The Organizer will deposit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT within 7 business days following the announcement of the Winners.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prizes credited by a letter to the email address specified during the registration on https://whitebit.com/ within five business days after they are credited to the Winners’ balances.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize will not be replaced with its cash equivalent. The Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The prize received is not subject to exchange or refund.
The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by email support@whitebit.com or via chat no later than 12.02.2024 inclusive.
If the Winner does not contact within the specified period, particularly regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner forfeits the right to receive it.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will be owned by the Organizer.
Winners determined by the results of the Promotion are not permitted to transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income received by the Winners shall be carried out per the prevailing legislation.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to processing their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media platforms.
The Organizer does not involve itself in the resolution of disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that facilitate the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or for circumstances under which mailings did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
