Terms and Conditions of the “Love. Crypto. Trade. Trading Competition” Promotion
The Promotion is organized by WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
The Promotion period: from 3 p.m. (UTC) February 14, 2024, until 3 p.m. (UTC) February 26, 2024.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of the Participants to ensure that they are legally able to participate in accordance with the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participant’s eligibility to participate and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is aimed at popularizing WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest; these Terms do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided on the basis of advertising.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., other than the above-mentioned countries) or other persons legally residing in the territory of such countries who have fulfilled the following Terms and Conditions:
- Registered for the first time on the WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com or are already registered users of the exchange and have passed the KYC procedure;
- Click the “Participate” button on the Promotions page;
- They traded the ETH/USDT trading pair in spot or margin trading on WhiteBIT during the Promotion period;
- Reached the minimum trading volume in the ETH/USDT pair of a minimum of 2,500 USDT during the Promotion period.
Important! While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case the creation of several accounts is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Attention! The Table of Participants is a ranking table of the Participants of the Promotion, formed according to the value of the trading volume (where the Participant with the largest trading volume is in the first place), updated every 30 minutes.
The winners of the Promotion are determined by their trading volume.
The Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if he/she does not comply with the requirements:
- Uses push trading (executes its own orders);
- Uses accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special discounts on trading fees provided to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders);
- It uses API bots;
- Uses a corporate account (for example, created for exchange services);
- Uses multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Carries out any other illegal activities or activities that contradict the User Agreement, AML Policy, or WhiteBIT Privacy Policy.
Joint intentional actions of a Participant with other Participants who use their accounts to participate in the Promotion with insider knowledge of such accounts’ actions, strategies, and intentions regarding placing and executing orders are considered as multi-account management, are prohibited, and, therefore, entail disqualification of such Participants from the Promotion.
The terms and conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the terms of its implementation.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed for the purpose of ensuring participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the moment of awarding the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Rules, such person shall lose the right to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion have a chance to become Winners and win part of the Main Prize pool of 1,000 USDT.
20 Participants who fulfill all the Promotion conditions and have the highest trading volume on the ETH/USDT pair trading at the end of the Promotion during the Promotion Period will win a Prize from the Main Prize Fund, which is distributed as follows:
1st place — 250 USDT;
2nd place — 175 USDT;
3rd place — 125 USDT;
4th place — 100 USDT;
5th place — 50 USDT;
6th–10th places — 30 USDT;
11th–20th places — 15 USDT.
The maximum possible number of Winners who can win the Main Prize is 20. One Winner can win only one Main Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer automatically generates a list of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions at 15:00 (UTC) 26.02.2024, according to the trading volume of Promotion Participants at the moment of its completion, which will be available in the Participants’ Table, where the Participant in the first place will have the highest trading volume. The first 20 Participants in the Participants’ Table who fulfill all the Promotion Terms and Conditions have the opportunity to become the Winners and receive the Prize.
The list of Winners will be published on the Promotion page of the WhiteBIT blog on 29.02.2024.
The Organizer credits the Prizes to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the Winners are announced.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the prize by a letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com/ within 7 business days after the Prizes are awarded.
If the Winner fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to Winner status, and such right is transferred to the next Winner in the List of Participants. The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. No replacement of the Prize with its cash equivalent is provided. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
In case of failure to receive the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com or email support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do so by 18.03.2024 inclusive. In case the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in case of non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The received Prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
The Winners determined, based on the Promotion results, that they may not transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations with respect to the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and on the terms and conditions specified in these Terms.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize shall be carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved in order to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising. This includes advertising information about the following events/contests/promotions/raffle of the Organizer.
By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Rules. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation.
All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about it will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and the Organizer’s social media. The Organizer does not enter into any disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize.
In case of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws of the Participants’ countries. In this case, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotional Offer Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including e-mail, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotional Offer Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotional Offer Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
