Terms and Conditions of the “May Trading Festival” Promotion
General Promotion period: from 12:00 UTC on May 29, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on June 30, 2025.
Period of the Promotion, First Stage: from 12:00 UTC on May 29, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on June 12, 2025.
Second Stage of the Promotion: from 12:00 UTC on June 23, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on June 30, 2025.
Promotion territory: Citizens from all countries, except the following, can participate in the Promotion: Afghanistan, American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States, Syria, Georgia, the Republic of Lithuania, Sudan, South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic,” France, Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Spain, Canada, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, Australia, Great Britain, Austria, Japan, China, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country of jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted primarily to promote the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms do not publicly promise a reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising by the Organizer.
Participants in the Promotion First Stage can be adult citizens of permitted countries (i.e., all except the aforementioned ones) or other persons legally residing in such countries who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Registered on WhiteBIT and confirmed their identity (KYC);
- Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page;
- Traded the following pairs:REEF/USDC,BTC/USDC,ETH/USDC,SUI/USDC,NXPC/USDC, SYRUP/USDC,WIF/USDC,NEIRO/USDC,PNUT/USDC,ENS/USDC,NOT/USDC,MASK/USDC,LPT/USDC,AIXBT/USDC on WhiteBIT’s spot market.
Attention!
The Leaderboard is a ranking table of Promotion Participants, formed according to trading volume (with the Participant with the highest trading volume in first place), which is updated every 30 minutes. Final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 (UTC) on June 12, 2025.
The trading volume is calculated as the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant in the specified trading pairs during the Promotion period.
The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:
- Use wash trading (executing their own orders);
- Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders);
- Use API bots;
- Use a corporate account (e.g., created for exchange services);
- Use multiple accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, and WhiteBIT Privacy Policy.
Promotion conditions must be fulfilled within the Promotion period.
IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register multiple times on the exchange (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant can register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relationships, advertising relationships, tax relationships, and accounting relationships.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not allowed to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant according to these Rules, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
The first 20 Promotion Participants* in the Leaderboard who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the First Stage of the Promotion and achieved the highest trading volume (at least 12,000 USDC) during the First Stage of the Promotion, will have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Main Prize Pool, which is up to 1,000 USDC + 1,200,000 REEF, which will be distributed as follows:
- 1st place in the Leaderboard — 150 USDC + 230,000 REEF or 170 USDC + 270,000 REEF (subject to participation in the Second Stage of the Promotion **);
- 2nd place in the Leaderboard — 125 USDC + 145,000 REEF or 145 USDC + 170,000 REEF (subject to participation in the Second Stage of the Promotion);
- 3rd place in the Leaderboard — 100 USDC + 98,000 REEF or 110 USDC + 115,000 REEF (subject to participation in the Second Stage of the Promotion);
- 4th place in the Leaderboard — 75 USDC + 68,000 REEF or 85 USDC + 80,000 REEF (subject to participation in the Second Stage of the Promotion);
- 5th place in the Leaderboard — 50 USDC + 55,000 REEF or 65 USDC + 65,000 REEF (subject to participation in the Second Stage of the Promotion);
- 6th–10th place in the Leaderboard — 30 USDC + 42,000 REEF or 35 USDC + 50,000 REEF (subject to participation in the Second Stage of the Promotion);
- 11th–20th places in the Leaderboard — 20 USDC + 21,000 REEF or 25 USDC + 25,000 REEF (subject to participation in the Second Stage of the Promotion);
*If the number of Promotion Participants who reach a trading volume of 12,000 USDC is less than 20, the Main Prize Pool will not be distributed proportionally among such Participants, and the Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the above distribution, according to the Participant’s place in the ranking table.
** Please note that this distribution of Prizes from the Main Prize Pool of the First Stage of the Promotion does not include possible prizes for the Second Stage of the Promotion. Prizes for the Second Stage of the Promotion are listed below in this blog article.
The maximum number of First Stage Promotion winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize Pool is 20.
Other Participants of the Promotion who have achieved a trading volume of over 7,000 USDC for the above-mentioned pairs during the First Stage of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Additional Prize Pool, which is 250 USDC + 400,000 REEF, — 10 USDC + 16,000 REEF each.
The maximum number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool is 25 people.
Second Stage
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Prize Pool of the Second Stage of the Promotion, depending on the Conditions they have fulfilled.
- Registered on WhiteBIT, confirmed their identity (KYC), deposited from 73,500 REEF to 103,000 REEF or from 13 NXPC to 18 NXPC, or from 60 SYRUP to 83 SYRUP, or from 48,000 NEIRO to 67,000 NEIRO, or from 74 PNUT to 104 PNUT by June 30 (12:00 UTC) and held this amount in their Main or Trade balance until July 10.
- Registered on WhiteBIT, verified their identity (KYC), deposited from 104,000 REEF to 147,000 REEF or from 19 NXPC to 26 NXPC, or from 84 SYRUP to 120 SYRUP, or from 68,000 NEIRO to 95,000 NEIRO, or from 105 PNUT to 148 PNUT by June 30 (12:00 UTC) and held this amount on their Main or Trade balance until July 10.
- Registered onWhiteBIT, verified their identity (KYC), deposited from 148,000 REEF, from 27 NXPC, from 121 SYRUP, from 96,000 NEIRO, from 149 PNUT by June 30 (12:00 UTC), and held this amount in their Main or Trade balance until July 10.
The prize pool will be distributed as follows:
- Participants who deposited from 73,500 REEF to 103,000 REEF or from 13 NXPC to 18 NXPC, or from 60 SYRUP to 83 SYRUP, or from 48,000 NEIRO to 67,000 NEIRO, or from 74 PNUT to 104 PNUT by June 30 (12:00 UTC), can become Winners and receive 5 USDC if they were already registered on WhiteBIT or 6 USDC if they registered during the Promotion — 35 Winners in this category;
- Participants who have deposited from 104,000 REEF to 147,000 REEF or from 19 NXPC to 26 NXPC, or from 84 SYRUP to 120 SYRUP, or from 68,000 NEIRO to 95,000 NEIRO, or from 105 PNUT to 148 PNUT by June 30 (12:00 UTC) can become Winners and receive 8 USDC if they were already registered on WhiteBIT or 10 USDC if they registered during the Promotion — 24 Winners in this category;
- Participants who have deposited from 148,000 REEF, from 27 NXPC, from 121 SYRUP, from 96,000 NEIRO, from 149 PNUT by June 30 (12:00 UTC) may become Winners and receive 12 USDC if they were already registered on WhiteBIT or 15 USDC if they registered during the Promotion — 20 Winners in this category;
The maximum possible total number of Winners of the Second Stage of the Promotion who can receive the Main Prize is 79 people. Each Winner of the Second Stage of the Promotion can receive several Prizes from the Prize Pool (but only one in each category). A participant may participate in several categories at once by depositing different tokens in different categories, and become a Winner and receive several prizes in different categories (but only one in each category).
Based on the results of the First Stage of the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically generate a list of Participants of the First Stage of the Promotion who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions and achieved the highest trading volume at 12:00 UTC on June 12, 2025, according to the trading volume of the Promotion Participants at the time of its completion, which will be available in the Leaderboard.
The list of Participants of the First Stage of the Promotion who have achieved a trading volume of over 7,000 USD will be formed from June 12, 2025, to June 23, 2025.
The winners of the First Stage of the Promotion will be determined on June 23, 2025. The winners who will receive the Prize from the Main Prize Pool will be 20 Participants who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and had the highest trading volume per pair at the time of the Promotion’s completion, according to the ranking formed in the Leaderboard.
The winners of the first stage of the Promotion who will receive a prize from the Additional Prize Pool will be determined on June 23, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically from among all Promotion Participants (except for Promotion Participants who will receive a prize from the Main Prize Pool) who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions.
The list of winners of the Main and Additional Prize Pools of the First Stage of the Promotion will be published in an article on the WhiteBIT blog on June 23, 2025, and the amounts of the Prizes they will receive will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog on July 10, 2025.
Based on the promotion’s results, the Organizer will also form 3 lists of Participants who meet the Terms and Conditions of the Second Stage of the Promotion from June 30, 2025, to July 10, 2025.
The winners of the Promotion who will receive the Prize will be determined on July 10, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically from among all Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions, separately for each Category. Winners are determined by ranking (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
The list of Winners of the Second Stage, as well as the amounts of the Prizes for both stages, will be published in this article on July 10, 2025. A video recording of the process of determining the winners who will receive prizes from the Prize Pool will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
If it is impossible to contact the Winners or if the Winners did not meet these Conditions, they lose their right to receive the Prize and the status of Winner, which will be transferred to the next Winner in the list.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes of the First and Second Stages of the Promotion to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the next calendar day after the announcement of the Winners — July 10, 2025.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize credit by email to the address provided during registration on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. The Prize cannot be replaced by its cash equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Conditions. The Prize received is not subject to return.
In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled, or encounter any other difficulties, the Winners must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com or via email at support@whitebit.com no later than July 28, 2025, inclusive. If the Winners do not contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they forfeit the right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined based on the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties. The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize. The Organizer does not compensate for additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. The taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer for conducting the Promotion, performing all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as the possible subsequent sending of information to the Participant, including promotional nature, about the Organizer’s upcoming events/contests/promotions/drawings. By accepting the terms of these Conditions, Participants thereby give consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness regarding the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to provide promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, and to be photographed for creating graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive property intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the conditions and timing of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which postal items were not received, were received late, were lost, or damaged; or due to which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the relevant Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is considered valid and replaces all other versions.
