Terms and Conditions of the “Mega-Futures Battle” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).

The Promotion period is from 12 PM (UTC) on June 5, 2024, to 12 PM (UTC) on June 30, 2024.

The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Australia, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:

1. Are signed and verified (KYC) users of the WhiteBIT exchange;
2. Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotions page;
3. Traded the allowed* trading pairs on the WhiteBIT futures market and reached at least 5,000 USDT (in equivalent) in total trading volume.
4. Reached positive results in realized profit (rP&L).

*During the Promotion period, Participants can trade any of the following pairs (Allowed pairs):

Important! The Leaderboard is a ranking board of the Promotion Participants, formed according to the rP&L indicators, which indicate each Participant’s realized profit. The rP&L indicator will be displayed on the Leaderboard in the form of a percentage. Information in the Leaderboard is updated every 30 minutes.

Realized P&L (rP&L) indicates the profits or losses received after the full or partial closing of the position. If the position was closed completely, then rPNL reflects the final result of the trade; if the position was closed partially, it reflects the profits or losses for the part of the position that was closed.

Important! Having a zero rP&L does not allow the Participant to enter the Leaderboard. Only rP&L for partially or fully closed positions will be considered within the Promotion.

The trading volume of the Promotion Participants will be counted only for futures trading pairs that are available on the WhiteBIT exchange and specified in the Promotion’s Terms.

The trading volume is calculated as the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant in the specified trading pair during the Promotion period.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants from the trading competition if they:

• Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
• Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to holders of the WhiteBIT Coin);
• Use API bots;
• Use the corporate account (for example, those created for exchange services);
• Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
• Conduct any other illegal activity covered by WhiteBIT’s User Agreement, AML/CFT Policy, and Privacy Policy.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.

Important! While participating in the campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-accounts) or cooperating with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited. It will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize. The status of the Winner and the opportunity to receive the Prize, in this case, will pass to the next Participant in the Leaderboard.

Participants of this Promotion can become Winners of the Prize Fund, which consists of 1,200 USDT.

10 Participants who fulfill the Conditions of the Promotion and achieve the highest realized profit result during the Promotion’s conduction period have the opportunity to win a part of the Prize Fund (from now on, the Prize). 

The Prize Fund will be distributed as follows:

1 place in the Leaderboard — 300 USDT

2 place in the Leaderboard — 250 USDT

3 place in the Leaderboard — 200 USDT

4 place in the Leaderboard — 150 USDT

5 place in the Leaderboard — 80 USDT

6 place in the Leaderboard — 75 USDT

7 place in the Leaderboard — 50 USDT

8 place in the Leaderboard — 40 USDT

9 place in the Leaderboard — 30 USDT

10 place in the Leaderboard — 25 USDT

One Winner may receive only one Prize.

Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically form a list of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and reached the highest realized profit results at 12 PM (UTC) on June 30, 2024, in accordance with the rP&L results of the Promotion Participants at the time of its completion, which will be available in the Leaderboard.

The Winners who will receive the Prize from the Prize Fund will be 10 Participants who have fulfilled all the Terms of the Promotion and had the highest rP&L results in the allowed pairs at the time of the end of the Promotion, according to their ranking in the Leaderboard.

The list of the Winners will be published in this article on July 5, 2024.

The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 5 business days from the next calendar day after the announcement of the Winners, i.e., until July 12, 2024, inclusive.

Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by email to the email address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.

In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the email address support@whitebit.com or write to the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than July 19, 2024, inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, such Winner loses the right to receive it.

The Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular email, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
