Terms and conditions of participation in the “Meme Battle” promotion
The organizer of the promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
Promotion period: from 14:00 (UTC) on May 12, 2025, to 14:00 (UTC) on May 21, 2025.
Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held in all countries except American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Austria, Japan, China, Nagorno-Karabakh, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is held to promote the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.
Participants in the Promotion may be adult citizens of countries not prohibited (i.e., other than those listed above) or other persons who are legally present in such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- They have registered on the WhiteBITwebsite for the first time or are already registered users and have passed identity verification (KYC) on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange;
- They have subscribed to WhiteBIT on social media: joined the community and subscribed to the official WhiteBIT account on one of the social networks: Instagram or X;
- Created and published a meme in the form of a tweet on X or a post or Stories on Instagram, tagged the WhiteBIT account, and added the hashtag #MemeBattleWhiteBIT. In the case of Stories, pinned it to the Highlights of their profile and kept it available until the winners are announced;
- Filled out the Google form to participate.
The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the Promotion period.
Any personal data of Promotion Participants will be processed for participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting.
Employees, B2B segment customers, representatives or agents of the Organizer, and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that a person who participated in the Promotion is not eligible to participate in the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants in the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Prize Pool, which consists of 450 USDT.
For winners who are residents of the European Union, the prize will be credited in USDC in the equivalent amount.
The maximum number of Winners of the Promotion is 30 people.
One Winner can receive only one Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion, from May 21, 2025, to May 30, 2025, the Organizer will compile a list of Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners of the Promotion who will receive the Prize will be determined on May 30, 2025, from among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions.
The list of Winners with their nicknames on the exchange will also be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog on May 30, 2025.
The Organizer will contact the Winners of the Promotion by email to the email address used to register their account on the exchange within 7 business days from the end of the Promotion.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ accounts within 7 business days from the date of determining the Winners, i.e., by June 7, 2025, inclusive.
The Winner will receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize cannot be replaced with its cash equivalent. The winner of the Promotion is not entitled to claim any other compensation from the Organizer.
The Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
The Organizer does not provide any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions set forth in these Rules.
In case of failure to receive the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by email at support@whitebit.com, or via chat no later than June 17, 2025, inclusive. If the Winner does not contact us regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they lose the right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined based on the results of the Promotion may not transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer will not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. The income of Winners who receive the Prize will be taxed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by them to conduct the Promotion, performing all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising, and in other ways), as well as the possible subsequent sending of information to the Participant, including advertising, about subsequent events/contests/campaigns/raffles of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any material compensation, as well as their consent to comply with other rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media pages.
The Organizer will not enter into any disputes that may arise between Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not covered by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer shall not be liable for the work of telecommunications companies, postal services, including e-mail, for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or for circumstances that prevent a Promotion Participant from receiving the relevant Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall replace all other versions.
