Terms of Participation in the “More BSPT to BSPT Owners” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion period: from 13:00 (UTC) on the 15th of February 2024 to 13:00 (UTC) on the 22nd of February 2024.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
The responsibility for ensuring the legal possibility of their participation in accordance with the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is held to popularize WhiteBIT services.

Information about the Promotion is provided as advertising.
Participants in the Promotion are adults from non-prohibited countries (i.e., except those mentioned above) or other persons who, on legitimate grounds, are on the territory of such countries and have fulfilled these Conditions:
- First registered on the WhiteBIT website using this link or were already its users;
- Passed identity verification on the WhiteBIT Exchange (KYC);
- During the Promotion period, purchased at least 14,000 BSPT if they registered on WhiteBIT and did not have BSPT on the Main or Trading balance of WhiteBIT at the beginning of the Promotion or purchased 21,000 BSPT if they already had BSPT on the Main or Trading balance of WhiteBIT at the beginning of the Promotion;
- You held this amount on the Main or Trading balance of WhiteBIT until the announcement of the Promotion Winners on the 1st of March.
Important! During participation in the Promotion, registering on the Exchange multiple times (using multiple accounts) is prohibited. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts owned by the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the Owner’s consent. In case of the discovery of multiple account creation, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within its timeframe.
Any personal data of the Participants in the Promotion are processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the accounting field.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not allowed to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that a person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion according to these Rules, such person is not entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants in the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a Prize depending on the Conditions they have fulfilled:
- Participants who registered on WhiteBIT confirmed their identity and purchased 14,000 BSPT for the first time during the Promotion will share 288,000 BSPT — 7,200 BSPT to each of the 40 Winners;
- Participants who were already registered on WhiteBIT confirmed their identity but did not have BSPT on the Main or Trading balance of WhiteBIT at the start of the Promotion and purchased 14,000 BSPT during the Promotion will share 288,000 BSPT — 7,200 BSPT to each of the 40 Winners;
- Participants who were already registered on WhiteBIT confirmed their identity and had BSPT on the Main or Trading balance of WhiteBIT at the start of the Promotion and purchased 21,000 BSPT. They will share 144,000 BSPT — 7,200 BSPT with each of the 20 Winners.
The maximum number of Promotion Winners is 100. Each Winner can receive only 1 Prize.
Following the results of the Promotion, during the period from the 22nd of February 2024 to the 4th of March 2024, the Organizer compiles a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.
The determination of Promotion Winners, who will receive the corresponding Prizes, will take place on the 5th of March 2024. The Organizer will select the Winners in each of the three categories using the service https://www.randomizer.org/.
The list of Winners will be published on the 5th of March 2024 in this article on the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) and in a video recording of the Winners’ determination process screen on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer credits the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days after announcing the Winners.
Promotion Winners will be informed of the prize crediting by email, provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/, within 5 business days from the date of crediting all Prizes.
The Winner receives the Prize for free. There is no provision for replacing the Prize. The Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize is not subject to exchange or return.
The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations for the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, at the email address support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do this by the 21st of March 2024. If the Winner does not contact within the specified period, particularly regarding non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
Winners determined as a result of the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Promotion Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for additional expenses associated with receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information by them, including the personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by them to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), as well as further possible sending of information, including advertising, about the Organizer’s subsequent events/contests/promotions/draws to the Participant. By accepting the data requirements of the Conditions, Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of using it by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons of the Organizer and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, Participants in the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as the consent to comply with other Promotion Rules. Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participating in the Promotion in mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions and timing of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about it will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and the Organizer’s social media accounts.
The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise among the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In situations allowing for ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not covered by these Rules, the Promotion Organizer makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Participants’ countries. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations facilitating the exchange of information between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which postal shipments were not delivered, arrived late, were lost, or damaged; or as a result of which a Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
