We will randomly select 30 winners on June 24 from those who fulfill the Promotion conditions. The winners will equally share 2,400 FRBK (80 FRBK to each winner).

Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Community Choice: FreeBnk Network” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com/).
The Promotion period will last from June 4, 1 PM (UTC) to June 11, 1 PM (UTC).
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, Federal Republic of Somalia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic Belarus, the Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.
The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not represent a public commitment to reward Participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated in accordance with the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adults (persons who have reached the legal age) of non-banned countries (i.e., other than the countries mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and have met the Main conditions:

- Registered on the WhiteBIT exchange for the first time and verified their identity (KYC) during the Promotion period.
- Joined the WhiteBIT Telegram channel;
- Joined the FreeBnk Telegram channel;
- Left a comment on the X post about FRBK listing on the WhiteBIT exchange from the account stated in the form;
- Filled out the Google form with their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange, their nickname on Telegram and X, and a link to their comment under the post on X;
- Purchased a minimum of 230 FRBK on the WhiteBIT exchange during the Promotion period and kept them on the Main or Trade balances until June 24 inclusive.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
Participants’ personal data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the Main Conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Main Prize fund, which is 2,400 FRBK — 80 FRBK for each Winner.
The maximum possible number of Winners who will receive Prizes from the Main Prize fund is 30 people.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the Special Conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win part of the Special Prize fund, which is 1,200 FRBK — 120 FRBK for each Winner.
Importantly! Users who are already registered on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange before the start of the Promotion cannot fulfill the Special Conditions and become Winners and receive the Prize of the Special Prize Fund.
The maximum possible number of Winners who will receive Prizes from the Special Prize fund is 10 people.
One Winner can receive only one Prize from the Main or the Additional Prize fund.
Based on the Promotion results from June 11, 2024, until June 23, 2024, the Organizer forms two lists of Participants: Main — with Participants who have fulfilled the Main Conditions of the Promotion, — and Additional — with Participants who have fulfilled the Main and Additional Conditions of the Promotion.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined automatically, using the random.org service, on June 24, 2024, among all Participants who met the Conditions of the Promotion and were included in the List of Participants.
Initially, 30 Winners will be selected from among the Participants from the Main List, who will receive a Prize from the Main Prize Fund; after that, 10 Winners will be selected from the Additional List to receive the Additional Prize.
Winners are determined by rating (place in the list on the service, https://www.random.org/). The list of Winners will be published in this article on June 24, 2024, and a video with the selection of the Winners will be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel on June 24, 2024.
The Organizer accrues Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange until July 1, 2024, inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be notified about their Prize via email sent to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited to the Winners’ accounts.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.
Suppose the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties. In that case, the Winners must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, email support@whitebit.com, or engage in a chat conversation by no later than July 8, 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
