Official Terms and Conditions of the “Newcomers League” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
The promotion period is from 12 PM (UTC) on November 15, 2024, to 12 PM (UTC) on December 6, 2024.
The Territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except: Georgia, Turkey, Spain, USA, Portugal, Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ireland, Kyrgyzstan, Australia, Germany, Great Britain, France, Canada, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Japan, China, Afghanistan, American Samoa, Virgin Islands USA, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Syria, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, Republic of Sudan, Transnistria, Temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, Myanmar, Temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The responsibility for ensuring their legal participation by the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Registered for the first time on WhiteBIT website https://whitebit.com or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange for no more than 3 months at the time of the start of the Promotion and have passed the verification procedure (KYC);
- Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion’s page;
- Traded any pairs* available on the spot and margin markets of the WhiteBIT exchange, with a minimum trading volume of 6,000 USDT.
Participants can trade any spot and margin USDT pairs available on WhiteBIT exchange as of November 13, 2024, to qualify for the Promotion, excluding fiat currency pairs and stablecoin pairs (e.g., USDC/USDT). Any pairs added after November 13, 2024, will not be eligible for this Promotion.
The Leaderboard of Participants is a ranking board of the Promotion Participants, formed according to trading volume (where the first place is occupied by the Participant with the highest trading volume). It is updated every 30 minutes.The final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 p.m. UTC on December 6, 2024.
The trading volume of the Promotion Participants will be counted only for spot and margin trading pairs.
The Trading Volume is the total sum of all Participants’ executed Buy and Sell orders on a specified Trading Pair(s) during the Promotion period.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Participants from the trading competition if they:
- Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
- Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts provided to holders of the WhiteBIT Token);
- Use API bots;
- Use the corporate account (for example, those created for exchange services);
- Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Conduct any other illegal activity covered by WhiteBIT’s User Agreement, AML/CFT Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Important! While participating in the campaign, you are forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperating with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited. It will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
B2B clients, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of consanguinity) are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of accounting for the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion in accordance with these Terms, such a person shall not be granted the right to receive the Prize.
The top 20 Participants on the Leaderboard who meet the Promotion Terms and achieve the highest trading volume (minimum of 6,000 USDT) during the Promotion Period will have the chance to become Winners and receive a share of the 1,500 USDT prize pool, distributed as follows:
1st place on the Leaderboard — 300 USDT;
2ndplace on the Leaderboard — 200 USDT;
3rd place on the Leaderboard — 150 USDT;
4th place on the Leaderboard — 90 USDT;
5th place on the Leaderboard — 85 USDT;
6th place on the Leaderboard — 80 USDT;

8th place on the Leaderboard — 70 USDT;
9th place on the Leaderboard — 65 USDT;
10th place on the Leaderboard — 60 USDT;
11th place on the Leaderboard — 55 USDT;
12th place on the Leaderboard — 50 USDT;
13th place on the Leaderboard — 45 USDT;

The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners is 20 people.
One Winner may receive only one Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically form a list of Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and reached the highest trading volume at 12 p.m. (UTC) on December 6, 2024, in accordance with the trading volume of the Promotion Participants at the time of its completion, which will be available in the Leaderboard.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on December 10, 2024. The 20 Participants who meet all the Promotion Terms and achieve the highest trading volume — no less than 6,000 USDT on any pairs available on the WhiteBIT exchange as of November 13, 2024 — will receive Prizes from the Prize Fund, based on the rankings in the Leaderboard.
The list of the Winners will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) on December 10, 2024. A screen recording video of the process of determining the Main and Additional Prize Winners will also be published on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on WhiteBIT exchange within 7 working days of publishing the list of Winners.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by email to the email address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within 5 business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.
If, after determining the Winners, it is discovered that a Participant has not properly fulfilled the Conditions of participation in the Promotion or has otherwise violated these Promotion Terms or the User Agreement, that Winner will lose the right to receive the Prize and their status as a Winner. In such cases, the Prize and the status of the Winner will be transferred to the next Participant in the Leaderboard who achieved the highest trading volume based on the pairs specified in the Terms. For example, if the Participant who placed third is disqualified, their prize will be awarded to the Participant in fourth place.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. Substituting the Prize for its monetary equivalent is not allowed. The Winner of the Promotion cannot request any other form of compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.
In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the email address support@whitebit.com or write to the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than 26.12.2024 inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, such Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for the additional expenses related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out by the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular email, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
