Rules and Terms of Participation in the Promotion “Christmas Gift from WhiteBIT”

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

The Promotion Period is from 12 PM (UTC) on December 16, 2024, to 12 PM (UTC) on January 15, 2025.

Promotion Territory: The Promotion is held in all countries except for the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the freely associated state of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, Austria, the United Kingdom, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are obligated to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted to popularize WhiteBIT services.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms do not publicly promise a reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.

Participants of the Promotion are adults from eligible countries (i.e., all except those mentioned above) or other persons who are legally present in such countries and have fulfilled the following Terms:

1. Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of WhiteBIT exchange and have completed the verification procedure (KYC);
2. Clicked the “Participate” button on the website with the tasks.
3. Completed at least one task listed on the Promotion website during the Promotion period.

The tasks are the following:

1. Pass the identity verification (KYC*) on WhiteBIT exchange for the first time during the Promotion period.
2. Make a deposit in the equivalent of 10 USDC or USDT on WhiteBIT exchange.
3. Invite 1 user to register, pass KYC verification on WhiteBIT, and participate in the Promotion.
4. Invite a 2nd and 3rd user to register, pass KYC verification on WhiteBIT, and participate in the Promotion.
5. Set up an Auto-Invest plan on WhiteBIT exchange with an equivalent of 10 USDC or USDT per week throughout the Promotion period.
6. Trade on the spot market on WhiteBIT exchange with a volume exceeding an equivalent of 1,000 USDC or USDT during the Promotion period.
7. Trade on the spot market on WhiteBIT exchange with a volume exceeding 5,000 USDC or USDT equivalent during the Promotion period.
8. Trade on the spot market on WhiteBIT exchange with a volume exceeding 25,000 USDC or USDT equivalent during the Promotion period.
9. Trade on the spot market on WhiteBIT exchange with a volume exceeding 100,000 USDCor USDT equivalent during the Promotion period.
10. Trade on the futures market** on WhiteBIT exchange with a volume exceeding 10,000 USDC or USDT equivalent during the Promotion period.
11. Trade on the futures market** on WhiteBIT exchange with a volume exceeding 50,000 USDC or USDT equivalent during the Promotion period.
12. Trade on the futures market** on WhiteBIT exchange with a volume exceeding 100,000 USDC or USDT equivalent during the Promotion period.
13. Trade on the futures market** on WhiteBIT exchange with a volume exceeding 1,000,000 USDC or USDT equivalent during the Promotion period.
14. Purchase 1 WBT among the first 10 participants.

*This task is relevant for users who complete identity verification between December 16, 2024, and January 15, 2025. The bonus for this task is also included as part of other tasks requiring KYC verification.

**The task is only open to Participants from the countries where futures trading is available. 

IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register multiple times on the exchange (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may only register once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or collaboration with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for order manipulation is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are found, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled during the Promotion Period.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

B2B clients, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degrees of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is determined that the person who participated in the Promotion is not eligible according to these Rules, such a person forfeits the right to receive the Prize.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #1 become Winners and receive Prize #1, which is 5 USDC.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #1 is 1525 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #2 become Winners and receive Prize #2, which is 5 USDC.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #2 is 400 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #3 become Winners and receive Prize #3, which is 5 USDC.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #3 is 150 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #4 become Winners and receive Prize #4, which is 10 USDC.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #4 is 100 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #5 become Winners and receive Prize #5, which is 5 USDC.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #5 is 300 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #6 become Winners and receive Prize #6, which is 2.5 USDC.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #6 is 200 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #7 become Winners and receive Prize #7, which is 7.5 USDC.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #7 is 150 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #8 become Winners and receive Prize #8, which is 15 USDC.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #8 is 100 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #9 become Winners and receive Prize #9, which is 50 USDC.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #9 is 50 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #10 become Winners and receive Prize #10, which is 10 USDTB***.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #10 is 150 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #11 become Winners and receive Prize #11, which is 25 USDTB***.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive #11 is 100 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #12 become Winners and receive Prize #12, which is 50 USDTB***.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #12 is 50 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #13 become Winners and receive Prize #13, which is 350 USDTB***.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #13 is 25 people.

Participants of the Promotion who complete task #14 become Winners and receive Prize #14, which is 50 USDC.

The maximum possible number of Winners who can receive Prize #14 is 10 people.

***USDTB is a special bonus asset intended to secure futures positions on WhiteBIT exchange. It is supposed to be kept exclusively in the Collateral Balance, which serves as the basis for opening futures positions and has a number of features of use.

The Promotion Winners will be determined automatically on January 22, 2025, among all Participants who meet the Promotion’s conditions and based on the number of tasks they have completed on the Promotion’s website.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on WhiteBIT exchange on January 22, 2025.

The Winners will be informed of the Prize credit via email to the address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.

If, after determining the Winners, it is discovered that a Participant did not properly fulfill the Terms of participation in the Promotion or otherwise violated these Rules of the Promotion or the User Agreement, such a Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the status of a Winner. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in the event of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com or by email at support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do so no later than February 10, 2024, inclusive. If the Winner does not contact within the specified period, including regarding the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

The received Prize is not subject to exchange or return.

Winners determined by the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not bear warranty obligations for the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.

The Organizer does not reimburse any additional expenses of the Winner associated with receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of Winners who received a Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including personal data of the Participant, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by them for conducting the Promotion, performing all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), as well as for the possible further sending of information, including advertising, about upcoming events/contests/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of using by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons of the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness regarding the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as regarding the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, Participants of the Promotion, by participating in the Promotion, confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to adhere to other Promotion Rules. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion to the media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive property rights to such interviews and photographs shall belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions and duration of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information about this will be provided on the websitehttps://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Participants regarding the Prize. In the event of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the applicable laws of the Participants’ countries. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, or for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between Participants and the Organizer.

In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translations into multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is considered valid and supersedes all other versions.
