Terms and Conditions for Participation in the “Buy Challenge with BSX, HAI, SHRUB, AIXBT, BERA, SONIC, and BIO” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: from 2 PM UTC on February 13, 2025, to 2 PM UTC on February 20, 2025.

Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is conducted in all countries except Australia, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Georgia, the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Kingdom of Spain, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Yemen, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of Austria, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the freely associated state of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The responsibility for ensuring the legal possibility of their participation according to the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gaming business service, or contest. These Rules and Conditions are not a public promise to reward Participants.

Information about the Promotion is disseminated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion: Adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., except those listed above) or other persons legally residing in such countries who meet the following Conditions:

1. Have registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or were previously registered and completed the identity verification procedure on the WhiteBIT exchange (KYC).
2. During the Promotion Period, purchased at least one of the assets in the specified quantities: at least 850 BSX, 1650 HAI, 5500 SHRUB, 210 AIXBT, 8.5 BERA, 155 SONIC, or 320 BIO;
3. Held this amount in their Main or Trade Balance on WhiteBIT until the announcement of the winners on March 3, 2025.

Note! Users who already had BSX, HAI, SHRUB, AIXBT, BERA, SONIC, and/or BIO in their Trade or Main balance at the start of the Promotion (3 PM UTC on February 13, 2025) must increase their balance of at least one of these assets by the following minimum amounts compared to their balance at the start of the Promotion to qualify as Participants: 850 BSX, 1650 HAI, 5500 SHRUB, 210 AIXBT, 8.5 BERA, 155 SONIC, or 320 BIO. The balance increase must be made by the end of the Promotion (3 PM UTC on February 20, 2025).

If a Participant buys 2 or more assets from the list in the specified quantity in one category, his/her/their nickname will appear in the Participants list as many times as the assets he/she/they bought.

Important: During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register multiple accounts on the exchange. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each participant may register only once (have only one account). Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users and/or sub-account users belonging to a participant to manipulate the Promotion terms is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are discovered, the organizer reserves the right to close the second and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Promotion terms must be met within its duration.

Any personal data of Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relationships, advertising relationships, tax relationships, and accounting relations.

Employees, representatives, or agents of the organizer and their relatives (first and second-degree kinship) are not allowed to participate in the Promotion. If it is determined at the time of awarding the prize that a person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a participant according to these rules, such a person will not be eligible to receive the prize.

Participants of the Promotion who meet all the terms have the opportunity to become winners and win a prize from the total Prize Pool of 500 USDTB* according to the following categories:

• 10 participants who purchased and held at least one of the assets in the specified quantities: at least 850 BSX, 1650 HAI, 5500 SHRUB, 210 AIXBT, 8.5 BERA, 155 SONIC, or 320 BIO, will receive 10 USDTB each;
• 10 participants who purchased and held at least one of the assets in the specified quantities: at least 1250 BSX, 2500 HAI, 8000 SHRUB, 315 AIXBT, 13 BERA, 230 SONIC, or 480 BIO, will receive 15 USDTB each;
• 10 participants who purchased and held at least one of the assets in the specified quantities: at least 1700 BSX, 3300 HAI, 11000 SHRUB, 420 AIXBT, 17 BERA, 310 SONIC, or 650 BIO, will receive 25 USDTB* each.

*An on-exchange special bonus asset for trading exclusively on the futures market.

IMPORTANT! USDTB is available for accrual only in jurisdictions where futures trading is accessible on the WhiteBIT exchange. If, during the validation of Participants, it is found that a Participant does not have access to futures trading, the Participant forfeits their right to win, and this right is transferred to the next Participant on the List.

The maximum total number of Promotion Winners is 30. Each Winner can receive only 1 Prize. A Participant can only enter and win in one category.

Based on the Promotion’s results from February 20, 2025, to March 3, 2025, the Organizer will form three lists of Participants who meet the Promotion Conditions.

The determination of the Promotion Winners will take place on March 3, 2025, using the random.org service, automatically, among all Promotion Participants in each respective category who have met the Conditions. Winners will be determined by their ranking (position on the list at https://www.random.org/).

The list of Winners will be published on March 3, 2025, in this article on the Organizer’s blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/), and a video recording of the screen showing the process of determining the Winners will be posted on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days of announcing the Winners.

The Promotion Winners will be informed about the Prize credit via the email address provided during registration on the website, https://whitebit.com/, within 5 business days from the day all Prizes are credited.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. No substitution of the Prize is allowed. The Promotion Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The received Prize cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion under the conditions specified in these Rules.

If the Prize is not received, although the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com or email support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do this no later than March 19, 2025. If the Winner does not contact within this period, particularly concerning the non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.

Winners determined based on the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Promotion Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not reimburse any additional expenses of the Winner related to receiving the Prize. The taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information provided voluntarily by them, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and otherwise), and also for possible future sending of information to the Participant, including advertising, about the Organizer’s subsequent events/contests/Promotions/drawings. By accepting the terms of these Conditions, Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Rules. Winners confirm their consent to give Promotional interviews about participating in the Promotion in the media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and timing of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In case of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Promotion Organizer in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the operation of telecommunications companies, postal services, including email, for any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations ensuring the exchange of information between Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances resulting in postal items not being delivered, delayed, lost, or damaged; or resulting in the Promotion Participant not receiving the corresponding Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translation into multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is considered valid and overrides all other versions.
