The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Overall Promotion Period: from 13:00 UTC on December 3, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on December 30, 2025.
Stage 1 Period (First Step:USDT Deposit Race): from 13:00 UTC on December 3, 2025, to 13:00 UTC on December 10, 2025.
Stage 2 Period (Second Step: Convert Challenge): from 13:00 UTC on December 10, 2025, to 13:00 UTC on December 17, 2025.
Stage 3 Period (Third Step: DOT/USDT Trading Competition): from 12:00 UTC on December 17, 2025, to 12:00 UTC on December 30, 2025.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of Stage 1 of the Promotion may be adult citizens of the eligible countries (that is, all countries except those listed above), as well as other individuals who are legally present in such countries, provided they meet the following Conditions during the Promotion period:
1) Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or were already registered WhiteBIT users and completed the verification (KYC) procedure during the Stage 1 Promotion Period.
2) During the Stage 1 Promotion Period, topped up their Main balance with at least 50 USDT specifically via the Asset Hub network.
3) Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page.
4) Kept this amount on the Main or Trade balance of the WhiteBIT exchange until the the end of Stage 1 of the Promotion on December 10, 2025.
Participants of Stage 2 of the Promotion may be adult citizens of eligible countries (that is, all countries except those listed above), as well as other individuals who are legally present in such countries, provided they meet the following Conditions during the Promotion period:
1) Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time, or were already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange, and completed the verification (KYC) procedure during the Stage 2 Promotion Period.
2) Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page.
3) Converted at least 25 USDT to DOT through the “Convert” page on the WhiteBIT exchange.
4) Kept the converted DOT on the Main or Trade balance of the WhiteBIT exchange until the end of Stage 2 of the Promotion on December 17, 2025.
Participants of Stage 3 of the Promotion may be adult citizens of eligible countries (that is, all countries except those listed above), as well as other individuals who are legally present in such countries, provided they meet the following Conditions during the Promotion period:
1) Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time, or were already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange, and completed the verification (KYC) procedure during the Stage 3 Promotion Period.
2) Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page.
3) Traded the DOT/USDT pair on the spot market of the WhiteBIT exchange and reached a minimum trading volume of 100,000 USDT during the Stage 3 Promotion Period.
The leaderboard is a ranking table of Promotion Participants, formed according to their trading volume (with the Participant who has the highest trading volume in first place) and updated every 30 minutes. The final trading volume data will be collected at 12:00 UTC on December 30, 2025.
The trading volume of the Promotion Participants will be counted only for the DOT/USDT pair.
The trading volume is calculated as the total amount of all executed buy and sell orders in the DOT/USDT pair placed by the Participant during the Stage 3 Promotion Period.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:
- Use wash trading (execute their own orders);
- Use accounts with 0% trading fees (except for special trading fee discounts granted to WhiteBIT Coin (WBT) holders, VIP status users, and participants in the Affiliate Program);
- Use API bots;
- Use corporate accounts (e.g., accounts created for exchange services);
- Use multi-accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
- Engage in any other illegal activity or activity contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, or Privacy Policy of WhiteBIT.
Important!While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second-created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have met all the Conditions of Stage 1 have the opportunity to become Winners and receive a share of the Stage 1 Prize Pool, which amounts to 500 DOT and will be distributed among four Categories as follows:
Category 1
40 Participants of Stage 1 who met all Stage 1 Conditions and topped up their WhiteBIT balance with 50 to 100 USDT during the Stage 1 Promotion Period may receive 3.5 DOT each, or 4 DOT each if they participate in all three Stages of the Promotion.
Category 2
20 Participants of Stage 1 who met all Stage 1 Conditions and topped up their WhiteBIT balance with 101 to 150 USDT during the Stage 1 Promotion Period may receive 4.5 DOT each, or 5 DOT each if they participate in all three Stages of the Promotion.
Category 3
10 Participants of Stage 1 who met all Stage 1 Conditions and topped up their WhiteBIT balance with 151 to 200 USDT during the Stage 1 Promotion Period may receive 7 DOT each, or 9 DOT each if they participate in all three Stages of the Promotion.
Category 4
10 Participants of Stage 1 who met all Stage 1 Conditions and topped up their WhiteBIT balance with 201 USDT or more during the Stage 1 Promotion Period may receive 12 DOT each, or 15 DOT each if they participate in all three Stages of the Promotion.
A Participant may take part in and become a Winner in only one of the listed categories of Stage 1.
The maximum total number of Stage 1 Winners who may receive a Prize from the Stage 1 Prize Pool is 80 people.
Each Stage 1 Winner may receive only one Prize from the Stage 1 Prize Pool.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions of Stage 2 have the opportunity to become Winners and receive a share of the Stage 2 Prize Pool, which amounts to 250 DOT and will be distributed among three Categories as follows:

8 Participants of Stage 2 who fulfilled all Stage 2 Conditions and topped up their WhiteBIT balance with 51 to 100 USDT and exchanged it for DOT through the “Convert” page on WhiteBIT during the Stage 2 Promotion Period may receive 7 DOT each, or 7.5 DOT each if they participate in all three Stages of the Promotion.
Category 3
5 Participants of Stage 2 who fulfilled all Stage 2 Conditions and topped up their WhiteBIT balance with 101 USDT or more and exchanged it for DOT through the “Convert” page on WhiteBIT during the Stage 2 Promotion Period may receive 10 DOT each, or 12 DOT each if they participate in all three Stages of the Promotion.
A Participant may take part in and become a Winner in only one of the listed categories of Stage 2.
The maximum total number of Stage 2 Winners who may receive a Prize from the Stage 2 Prize Pool is 33 people.
Each Stage 2 Winner may receive only one Prize from the Stage 2 Prize Pool.
The first 20 Participants of Stage 3* in the Leaderboard who fulfill the Conditions of Stage 3 and achieve the highest trading volume (at least 100,000 USDT) during the Promotion Period have the opportunity to become Winners and receive one of the Prizes from the Stage 3 Prize Pool, which amounts to 500 DOT and will be distributed as follows:
1st place in the Leaderboard — 85 DOT, or 90 DOT if participating in all three Stages of the Promotion;
2nd place in the Leaderboard — 60 DOT, or 65 DOT if participating in all three Stages of the Promotion;
3rd place in the Leaderboard — 35 DOT, or 40 DOT if participating in all three Stages of the Promotion;
4th–7th places in the Leaderboard — 25 DOT, or 30 DOT if participating in all three Stages of the Promotion;
8th–10th places in the Leaderboard — 18 DOT, or 20 DOT if participating in all three Stages of the Promotion;
11th–15th places in the Leaderboard — 12 DOT, or 15 DOT if participating in all three Stages of the Promotion;
16th–20th places in the Leaderboard — 8 DOT, or 10 DOT if participating in all three Stages of the Promotion.
*If the number of Participants who reach a trading volume of 100,000 USDT is fewer than 20, the Stage 3 Prize Pool will not be proportionally redistributed among them. Instead, the Prizes will be awarded according to the distribution listed above, based on each Participant’s position in the Tournament Leaderboard.
The maximum possible number of Winners eligible to receive a Prize from the Stage 3 Prize Pool is 20 people.
Based on the results of Stage 1, the Organizer will form four lists of Participants who meet the Stage 1 Conditions during the period from December 10, 2025, to December 22, 2025.
The determination of the Stage 1 Winners who will receive a Prize from the Stage 1 Prize Pool will take place on December 22, 2025, using the random.org service, among all Participants of each Category of Stage 1. Winners are determined by ranking (their position in the list generated at https://www.random.org/).
The list of Stage 1 Winners will be published on December 22, 2025, in this article on the WhiteBIT blog. A screen recording of the process of determining the Winners who will receive Prizes from the Stage 1 Prize Pool will be published on the same day on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
Based on the results of Stage 2, the Organizer will form three lists of Participants who meet the Stage 2 Conditions during the period from December 17, 2025, to December 29, 2025.
The determination of Stage 2 Winners who will receive a Prize will take place on December 29, 2025, using the random.org service, among all Participants of each Category of Stage 2. Winners are determined by ranking (their position in the list generated at https://www.random.org/).
The list of Stage 2 Winners will be published on December 29, 2025, in this article on the WhiteBIT blog. A screen recording of the winner selection process for Stage 2 Prizes will be published on the same day on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
Based on the results of the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically compile a list of Stage 3 Participants who have fulfilled its Conditions and achieved the highest trading volume as of 12:00 UTC on December 30, 2025, according to the Participants’ trading volume at the end of Stage 3, which will be reflected in the Tournament Leaderboard.
The list of Participants who reached more than 100,000 USDT in trading volume will be formed after a detailed verification of compliance with the Stage 3 Conditions, from December 30, 2025, to January 12, 2026.
The determination of Stage 3 Winners will take place on January 12, 2026.
The 20 Participants who fulfilled all Stage 3 Conditions and achieved the highest trading volume in the DOT/USDT pair at the end of Stage 3 will receive Prizes from the Stage 3 Prize Pool, according to the ranking in the Tournament Leaderboard.
If, after determining the Winners, it is discovered that a Participant did not properly fulfill the Conditions of any Stage of the Promotion or otherwise violated these Promotion Rules or the User Agreement, such a Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status.
In this case, the Prize and Winner status are transferred to the next Participant in the random.org lists or in the Tournament Leaderboard—whichever is relevant—who achieved the next-highest trading volume for the pair specified in the Conditions.
For example, if a Participant who took third place in the Tournament Leaderboard (or in the random.org list) is disqualified, their Prize will be transferred to the Participant who took the next, fourth position in the ranking.
The list of Stage 3 Winners and the Prize amounts for Winners of all Stages will be published on January 12, 2026, in this article on the WhiteBIT blog.
The Organizer will credit the Prize(s) to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange within 10 business days from the calendar day following the publication of the general list of Winners.
Winners will be notified about the Prize credit via email sent to the address used during registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge and without the possibility of exchange. Substitution of the Prize with a cash equivalent is not provided. The Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the Conditions defined herein.
Prizes are non-refundable.
If a Winner does not receive the Prize despite being eligible for it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or through the chat no later than January 30, 2026 inclusive. If the Winner does not contact support by January 30, 2026, including for issues related to not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to claim it.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
