Terms and Conditions of the “Deposit Race with AZERO” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The Promotion is valid from 1 PM (UTC) on February 7, 2025, to 1 PM (UTC) on February 14, 2025.
Territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is held in all countries except for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, The Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
The responsibility for ensuring their legal participation by the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is held with the main goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Registered on the https://whitebit.com/ website for the first time or are already its users and have passed KYC verification;
- Deposited at least 350 AZERO to their Main balance on WhiteBIT;
- Kept the specified funds on their Main or Trade balance of the WhiteBIT exchange until the Winners are announced (until 24.02.2025 inclusive).
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion period.
Important! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts).Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account).The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-accounts belonging to the Participant to manipulate the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent.In case of detecting the creation of multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Representatives of the B2B sector, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the moment of providing the Prize, it is established that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Promotion Participant in accordance with these Rules, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms and Conditions and deposited from 350 AZERO to 699 AZERO on the WhiteBIT exchange have an opportunity to become the Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Main Prize pool — 100 AZERO each.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Main Prize fund is 15 people.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Promotion Terms and Conditions and deposited 700 AZERO or more on the WhiteBIT exchange also have an opportunity to become Winners and win one of the Prizes of the Additional Prize pool — 200 AZERO each.
The maximum possible number of Promotion Winners who can receive a Prize from the Additional Prize fund is 20 people.
According to the Promotion results, from 14.02.2025 to 24.02.2025, the Organizer forms two lists of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms and Conditions and have deposited 350 AZERO on the WhiteBIT exchange.
The Promotion’s winners will be determined on 24.02.2025 using the random.org service automatically among all Promotion Participants. The Winners are determined by their rating (place in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service). The list of the Winners will be published in this article along with the video of the Winners’ determination on 24.02.2025.
The Organizer accrues the Prizes to the Main Balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the day following the publication of each Winner’s Prize amount on the WhiteBIT blog, no later than 05.03.2025 inclusively.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the winnings by e-mail to the e-mail address specified during signing up on the https://whitebit.com website within five business days after the Prizes have been credited to the Winners’ Main balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. It cannot be replaced by its monetary equivalent, and the winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The Prize received is not subject to exchange or refund.
The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within this Promotion and under the Conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by e-mail, support@whitebit.com, or via chat no later than 12.03.2025 inclusive. In case the Winner does not contact the support by 12.03.2025, in particular, regarding the issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner’s additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved in order to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion rules. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about it will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media.
The Organizer does not enter into any disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In case of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision shall be made by the Promotional Offer Organizer in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Participants’ countries. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances that resulted in the Promotion Participant not receiving the respective Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is considered valid and replaces all other versions.
