Important! Winners will be announced by the Organizer via an email sent to each winner on October 11, 2024.
Additionally, the Organizer will send a letter to the email addresses used by the Winners when registering on WhiteBIT TR within 5 business days following the crediting of the Prizes (October 18, 2024), informing them that the Prizes have been credited.

Terms and Conditions of the “Prizes to Rise in the Fall” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT TR.
The Promotion period will commence on the 5th of September, 2024 at 12:00(TSİ) and conclude on the 4th of October, 2024 at 23:59(TSİ).
The Promotion is valid within the territory of the Republic of Turkey.
It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.
The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.

The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of the Republic of Turkey who have met the following conditions:
- Registered on WhiteBIT TR and passed the identity verification (KYC) if they still haven’t done it;
- Completed the requirements of at least one of the Prize levels outlined below.
- Prize Levels:
Level One:Pass the identity verification (KYC) on WhiteBIT TR and get 6 USDT. This Prize Level will only be viable for new users who register and pass the KYC during the Promotion Period.
Level Two:Make your first trade on WhiteBIT TR to get 3 USDT. Trades made via Convert will also qualify.
Level Three:Invite friends using your referral link and get 3 USDT for each friend who passes KYC on WhiteBIT TR during the Promotion Period. You can get Prizes for up to 50 friends. Your referrals who pass the KYC step will also receive the Level One Prize.
*To get the 3 USDT Referral Prize, the Participant’s referral who is invited with the Participant’s own referral link must pass the identity verification (KYC) during the Promotion period.

The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
Important! All Prizes shall be credited after the end of the Promotion.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In the case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Participants’ data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and to establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who fulfil the Conditions of the Promotion and the requirements of at least one corresponding Prize Level during the Promotion period become Winners.
Participants who fulfil all the Conditions of the Promotion become Winners and win Prizes from the General Prize Pool according to the following assignment:
Level One: 6 USDT
Level Two: 3 USDT
Level Three: 3 USDT per Referral
One Winner may only receive one Prize from Level One, one Prize from Level Two and up to 50 Prizes from Level Three, assuming they meet the corresponding requirement of each Prize Level.
The Organizer forms a List of Participants who meet all the Conditions of the Promotion based on the results of the Promotion compiled during the period between the 5th of October, 2024 and the 10th of October, 2024.
If the Winners fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, such Winners shall forfeit their entitlement to the Winner status.
Winners will be announced by the Organizer via an email letter sent to each Winner on October 11, 2024.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT TR within 5 business days after the announcement of the Winners (until the 14th of October including).
Additionally, the Organizer will send a letter to the email addresses used by the Winners when registering on WhiteBIT TR within 5 business days following the crediting of the Prizes (October 18, 2024), informing them that the Prizes have been credited.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitebit-tr.com, email support@whitebit-tr.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than the 1st of November, 2024, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive will be carried out as per the prevailing legislation of the Republic of Turkey.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at: https://whitebit-tr.com/privacy-policy.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media accounts.
The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result in where the postal items were not received, received late, became lost or damaged.
