Rules and Conditions for Participation in the “Pro League” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion Period: from 12 PM (UTC) on November 15, 2024, until 12 PM (UTC) on December 6, 2024.

Promotion Territory: The Promotion is conducted worldwide, excluding the territories of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the United States Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, Austria, the United Kingdom, the Federal Republic of Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the Republic of Turkey, Georgia, the Republic of Lithuania, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants in the Promotion and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is conducted to popularize WhiteBIT’s services.

The Organizer of the Promotion can be contacted via email at support@whitebit.com or through the chat feature on the website https://whitebit.com.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gaming business service, or contest; these Terms do not constitute a public promise of a reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.

Participants in the Promotion are adult citizens of permitted countries (i.e., all except those listed above) or other individuals legally present in such countries who fulfill the following Conditions:

• Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered WhiteBIT users and have completed the verification (KYC) procedure;
• Clicked the “Participate” button on the Promotion page;
• Traded any futures pairs* on the WhiteBIT exchange with a minimum trading volume of 60,000 USDT during the Promotion Period.

*All futures trading pairs available on the exchange at the start of the Promotion are eligible for trading. Pairs added after the Promotion starts cannot be used.

The Leaderboard of Participants is a ranking board of the Promotion Participants, ranked according to trading volume (with the top Participant having the highest trading volume), updated every 30 minutes. Final trading volume data will be collected at 12 PM (UTC) on 6/12/2024.

Participants’ trading volume in the Promotion will be counted only for all futures pairs available on WhiteBIT at the start of the Promotion.

Trading volume is calculated as the total amount of all buy and sell orders executed by the Participant in the designated trading pairs during the Promotion Period.

The Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right to disqualify a Participant if they:

• Engage in wash trading (executing their own orders);
• Use accounts with a 0% trading fee (except for special trading fee discounts granted to holders of WhiteBIT Coin (WBT), VIP program members, and affiliate program participants);
• Use API bots;
• Use a corporate account (e.g., one created for exchange services);
• Use multiple accounts (only one account per Participant is allowed);
• Engage in any other illegal activities or activities contrary to the User Agreement, AML Policy, or WhiteBIT Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT! During participation in the Promotion, it is prohibited to register multiple times on the exchange (use multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or collaboration with affiliated users and/or sub-account users belonging to the Participant to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are discovered, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second account created and any subsequent multi-accounts.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its period.

Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure their participation in the Promotion and for marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting purposes.

Employees, B2B clients, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, and their relatives (first and second degree) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding the Prize, it is established that a person who participated in the Promotion is ineligible under these Rules, such a person loses the right to receive the Prize.

The first 20 Promotion Participants on the Leaderboard who fulfill all Promotion Terms and achieve the highest trading volume (at least 60,000 USDT) during the Promotion Period have the chance to become Winners and win one of the Prizes from the Prize Pool, totaling 1,500 USDT, distributed as follows:

• 1st place on the Leaderboard — 300 USDT;
• 2nd place on the Leaderboard — 200 USDT;
• 3rd place on the Leaderboard — 150 USDT;
• 4th place on the Leaderboard — 90 USDT;
• 5th place on the Leaderboard — 85 USDT;
• 6th place on the Leaderboard — 80 USDT;
• 7th place on the Leaderboard — 75 USDT;
• 8th place on the Leaderboard — 70 USDT;
• 9th place on the Leaderboard — 65 USDT;
• 10th place on the Leaderboard — 60 USDT;
• 11th place on the Leaderboard — 55 USDT;
• 12th place on the Leaderboard — 50 USDT;
• 13th place on the Leaderboard — 45 USDT;
• 14th place on the Leaderboard — 40 USDT;
• 15th place on the Leaderboard — 35 USDT;
• 16th place on the Leaderboard — 30 USDT;
• 17th place on the Leaderboard — 25 USDT;
• 18th place on the Leaderboard — 20 USDT;
• 19th place on the Leaderboard — 15 USDT;
• 20th place on the Leaderboard — 10 USDT.

The maximum number of Winners eligible to receive a Prize is 20 persons.

Each Winner may receive only one Prize.

Following the Promotion, the Organizer will automatically generate a list of Participants who have fulfilled the Promotion Terms at 12 PM (UTC) on December 6, 2024, based on their trading volume at the end of the Promotion, as shown on the Leaderboard.

The selection of Promotion Winners will take place on December 10, 2024. The Winners, who will receive a Prize, will be the 20 Participants who fulfilled all Promotion Terms and had the highest trading volume, but not less than 60,000 USDT, across all futures pairs available on the exchange at the time of the Promotion’s end, according to the ranking formed on the Leaderboard.

The list of Winners will be published in this article on December 10, 2024.

The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days from the calendar day following the publication of the Winners list.

Promotion winners will be notified of their prize accrual via email sent to the address provided at registration on https://whitebit.com/ within 5 business days after the prizes are credited.

If, after winners are determined, a participant is found to have failed to meet the Promotion Terms or violated the Promotion Rules or User Agreement, they will forfeit their prize and winner status. In such cases, the prize and winner status will be passed to the next eligible participant on the leaderboard with the highest trading volume across all futures pairs. For example, if the third-place participant is disqualified, their prize will be awarded to the fourth-place participant in the ranking.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize cannot be substituted with its cash equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion does not have the right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in the event of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com or via email at support@whitebit.com. The Winner must do so no later than 24.12.2024, inclusive. If the Winner does not contact support within the specified period, particularly regarding non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner forfeits their right to claim it.

The received Prize is not subject to exchange or return.

Winners, as determined by the Promotion results, cannot transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to decline the Prize.

The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and according to the Terms and Conditions outlined in these Rules.

The Organizer does not reimburse additional expenses incurred by the Winner in connection with receiving the Prize. Taxation on the income of Winners who have received the Prize is carried out according to the applicable laws of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary related actions (including but not limited to, notifying about the Promotion results in advertisements and other ways), as well as possibly sending the Participant information of a promotional nature about upcoming events/contests/promotions/drawings by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms, Participants hereby consent to the processing of their personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other parties authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness regarding the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.

At the same time, Participants in the Promotion confirm by their participation that they consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any material compensation and agree to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, and to be photographed for graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and timing of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.

The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise among Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In the event of situations allowing ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws of the Participants’ countries. The decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication services, postal services (including email), or for any errors made by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between Promotion Participants and the Organizer.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translations in multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is deemed valid and supersedes all other versions.
