Terms and Conditions of the “Q&A with AZERO” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion Period: From 11 AM UTC on February 8, 2025, to 5:00 PM UTC on February 11, 2025.
Promotion Territory: The Promotion is held in all countries except the following: American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Organizer can be contacted via email at support@whitebit.com or through the chat function on the website https://whitebit.com.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Main Conditions:
- Registered for the first time on WhiteBIT exchange website or are already registered users who have passed identity verification (KYC) on WhiteBIT crypto exchange;
- From 11 AM UTC on February 8, 2025, to 8 PM UTC on February 9, 2025, left their questions to the AZERO project representative and their nicknames on the WhiteBIT exchange in the Google Form at the link.
Participants of the Promotion can also be adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following SpecialConditions*:
- Registered for the first time on WhiteBIT exchange website or are already registered users who have passed identity verification (KYC) on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange;
- Filled out a Google form at the link on February 11 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM UTC, in which they indicated their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange and the code word said by the AZERO project representative during the live Q&A session with AZERO in X.
*Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled the Main Conditions of the Promotion can also fulfill the Promotion’s #2 Special Condition.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within its specified period.
IMPORTANT! Participation in the Promotion prohibits multiple registrations on the exchange (using multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (i.e., have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts), collaboration with affiliated users, and/or sub-account users owned by the Participant to manipulate the Terms of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relationships, advertising relationships, tax relations, and accounting purposes.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, as well as their relatives (first and second degrees of kinship), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If it is determined at the time of awarding the Prize that the person who participated in the Promotion is ineligible according to these Rules, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
16 Participants who have fulfilled all the Promotion’s Main Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Main Prize pool, which is 2,000 AZERO, namely 125 AZERO each.
10 Participants who are the first to fulfill all the Special Conditions of the Promotion will automatically become the Winners and win a part of the Special Prize pool, which is 1,000 AZERO, namely 100 AZERO each.
The maximum possible total number of Promotion Winners is up to 26 people.
One Winner may receive only one Prize from the Main and/or Special Prize pool.
Based on the results of the Promotion from 09.02.2025 to 11.02.2025 inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who have fulfilled the Main Conditions of the Promotion.
From the list, the Organizer will select 16 of the most interesting, in their opinion, questions that will be asked to the AZERO representative during the live broadcast on the social network X at 1 PM UTC on 11.02.2025. The authors of such questions will automatically become the Winners of the Promotion.
According to the Promotion results from 11.02.2025 to 13.02.2025 inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who have fulfilled the Special Conditions of the Promotion.
The Winners who will receive the Prize from the Special Prize pool will be the first 10 Participants who filled out the Google form with the code word first.
A list of Winners, including their WhiteBIT exchange nicknames, will be published in this blog article on the WhiteBIT website on February 13, 2025.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days after the Winners are announced.
Winners will be informed about the Prize credits via email to the address provided during registration on https://whitebit.com, within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited to the Winners’ Main balances on WhiteBIT exchange.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize cannot be exchanged for its monetary equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion is not entitled to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
The Organizer does not provide any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received under this Promotion and on the terms defined in these Rules.
In case of failure to receive the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in the event of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at the website https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or in the chat no later than 02.03.2025, inclusive. If the Winner does not address the issue of failing to receive the Prize by the specified date, they forfeit their right to the Prize.
Winners determined based on the results of the Promotion cannot transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not reimburse the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the Winners’ income, who have received the Prize, is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertisements and otherwise), and for the further possible sending of information, including promotional content, regarding future events/competitions/promotions/raffles of the Organizer. By accepting these Terms, Participants thereby consent to the processing of personal data for the Organizer’s use and/or by other persons authorized by the Organizer. They also confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any monetary compensation and agree to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews regarding participation in the Promotion to media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer shall have exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and timeline of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media platforms.
The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In situations allowing ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication service providers, postal services, including email, any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations facilitating the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which a Participant of the Promotion did not receive the respective Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translations into multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
