Terms and Conditions of the “Q&A with DEFI” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion period: from 12 PM UTC on February 25, 2025, to 5:30 PM UTC on March 5, 2025.
The territory of the Promotion: The Promotion is valid in all countries except for American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the freely associated state of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is held to popularize the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling business service, or competition; these Terms are not a public promise of a reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.
Participants in the Promotion must be legal adults from non-restricted countries (i.e., excluding those listed above), or other individuals who legally reside in such countries, and who meet the following Main Conditions:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users who have completed identity verification (KYC) on WhiteBIT crypto exchange;
- Between 12 PM UTC on February 25, 2025, and 12 PM UTC on February 26, 2025, submitted their questions to a representative of the DEFI project and their usernames on WhiteBIT exchange through the Google form.
Participants in the Promotion* can also be legal adults from non-restricted countries (i.e., excluding those listed above), or other individuals who legally reside in such countries, and who meet the following Additional Conditions:
- Registered on WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users who have completed identity verification (KYC) on the WhiteBIT crypto exchange;
- Filled out the Google form between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM UTC on March 5, providing their username on the WhiteBIT exchange and the word spoken by a representative of the DEFI project during the live Q&A session with DEFI on X.
*Participants who meet the Main Promotion Conditions may also fulfill the Additional Promotion Conditions.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled during its Period.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
15 Promotion Participants who have met all the Main Promotion Conditions have the opportunity to become Winners and win a share of the Main Prize Pool, which amounts to 24,000 DEFI, specifically—1,600 DEFI each.
16 Promotion Participants who have fulfilled all the Additional Promotion Conditions first will automatically become Winners and win a share of the Additional Prize Pool, which amounts to 16,000 DEFI, specifically—1,000 DEFI each.
The maximum possible total number of Winners in the Promotion is up to 31 people.
A Winner can receive only one Prize from the Main and/or Additional Prize Pool.
As a result of the Promotion, from 26/2/2025 to 27/2/2025 inclusive, the Organizer will create a list of Participants who have met the Main Promotion Conditions.
From this list, the Organizer will select 15 of the most interesting questions, in their opinion, which will be asked to a representative of DEFI during the live stream on the X social network at 3 PM UTC on 05/3/2025. The authors of these questions will automatically become Winners of the Promotion.
As a result of the Promotion, from 05/3/2025 to 07/3/2025 inclusive, the Organizer will create a list of Participants who have met the Additional Promotion Conditions.
The Winners who will receive a Prize from the Additional Prize Pool will be the first 16 Participants who completed the Google form with the keyword.
The list of Winners who have won Prizes from the Main and Additional Prize Pools, along with their usernames on the WhiteBIT exchange, will also be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog on 7/3/2025.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT exchange within 7 business days after the announcement of the Winners.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting by letter to the email address specified during the registration on https://whitebit.com within 5 business days after the Prizes are credited.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted with its monetary equivalent. The Winner is not entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize awarded within this Promotion and under the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
The received Prize is non-refundable.
In case the Winners do not receive the Prize to which they are entitled or face any other difficulties, the Winners should contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than March 25, 2025. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer about not receiving the Prize by the specified date, they will lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
