Terms and Conditions of the “Q&A with Diamond Pigs” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
The Promotion period will commence on 24.11.2023 at 1 p.m. (UTC) and conclude on 28.11.2023 at 4 p.m. (UTC).
The Promotion is open to Participants from all territories worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: All countries of the world except the following: Afghanistan, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Canada, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Transnistria I, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.
The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.
For any inquiries or communication with the Organizer, Participants may contact the Organizer directly via e-mail at support@whitebit.com or via live chat on the official website at https://whitebit.com.
The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.
Information about the Promotion is communicated based on the Organizer’s advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:
- Signed up for the WhiteBIT exchange or are already registered users and have confirmed their identity (KYC);
- Left their questions about Diamond Pigs to the co-founder and director of operations, Idan Velleman, and your WhiteBIT exchange nicknames in the Google form at the link.
IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to use multiple accounts while participating in the Promotion. Entrants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Member may have only one account. Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of creating multiple accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
The Conditions of the Promotion must be met within the designated time frame of its duration.
Participants’ data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.
Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Terms of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win 1 of 10 subscriptions for a period of 6 months to the Diamond Pigs service.
The Promotion allows for a maximum of 10 Winner(s).
One Winner may receive one Prize.
According to the results of the Promotion, in the period from 28/11/2023 to 30/11/2023, inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms. From this list, the Organizer will choose the 10 most interesting questions, in his opinion, to be asked to the representative of Diamond Pigs.
The Promotion Winners will be determined during a live broadcast on 30/11/2023 (1 p.m. UTC) on the WhiteBIT account on the social network X, during which the Organizer will ask the representative of Diamond Pigs the most interesting questions from the Promotion Participants. Participants who are the authors of these questions have the opportunity to become Winners of the Promotion and receive a Prize.
The list of Winners with their nicknames will be published on the WhiteBIT blog on December 4, 2023.
The Organizer sends the Prize in the form of a code for a subscription to the Diamond Pigs service to the e-mail address of the Winner specified during registration on the WhiteBIT website until December 13, 2023 inclusive.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitebit.com, e-mail support@whitebit.com, or engage with the Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than the 20/12/2023, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner’s receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive shall be carried out as per the prevailing legislation of the territory of the Promotion in question.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to processing their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer’s official social media platforms.
The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer’s decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result where the postal items were not received, received late, lost or became damaged.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition shall be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
