- Register on our exchange and confirm your identity (KYC) (if you have already done everything, you can also participate);
- Leave your nickname on WhiteBIT and your question to the UAHg project in the Google form.

The Terms and Conditions of the “Q&A with UAHg” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is the WhiteBIT company (https://whitebit.com).
Promotion period: from 10 a.m. (UTC) December 09, 2023, until 6 p.m. (UTC) December 10, 2023.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except Afghanistan, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, the State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, «Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic», temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, «Republic of Artsakh», Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Canada, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.
The Promotion is held to promote WhiteBIT services.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
For any inquiries or communication with the Organizer, Participants may contact the Organizer directly via email at support@whitebit.com or via live chat on the official website at https://whitebit.com.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens (individuals who have reached the legal age) of non-banned countries (i.e., other than the above) or other persons legally residing in the territory of such countries who have met the following Conditions:
- Signed up for the official WhiteBIT exchange website, https://whitebit.com, for the first time (or have already been signed up);
- Passed KYC verification;
- During the Promotion Period, please fill out the Google form using the link, indicating their nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange and a question for the UAHg Q&A session guest.
The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion must be fulfilled within its conduction period.
Any personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Suppose at the time of the provision of the Prize, it is established that the person participating in the Promotion cannot be a Participant of the Promotion following these Rules. In that case, such a person is not entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a part of the Prize Fund, which is 30,000 UAHG.
The maximum possible number of the Promotion Winners is 15 persons.
The Prize Fund will be evenly distributed among all the Winners of the Campaign — 2,000 UAHG each.
One Winner can receive only one Prize.
According to the results of the Campaign, from 10.12.2023 to 12.12.2023 inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who fulfilled the Promotion Terms. From this list, the Organizer will select the 15 most interesting, in its opinion, questions that will be asked to the UAHg project representative during the live broadcast.
The Winners of the Promotion will be determined during the live broadcast on December 12 (1 p.m. UTC) on the WhiteBIT account in the social network Telegram, during which the Organizer will ask the representative of UAHg the most interesting questions from the Promotion Participants. The Participants who are the authors of these questions can become the Winners of the Promotion and receive a Prize.
The list of the Winners with their WhiteBIT nicknames will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog on 14.12.2023.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT exchange until 22.12.2023 inclusive.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prizes credited by a letter to the email address specified during registration on https://whitebit.com/ within five business days after they are credited to the Winners’ Main Balances on the WhiteBIT exchange.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize will not be replaced with its cash equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The Prize received is not subject to exchange or refund.
The Organizer does not bear any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms.
In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by email support@whitebit.com or via chat no later than 29.12.2023 inclusive. If the Winner does not communicate about the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate the Winner’s additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him/her, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in other ways), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising and advertising information, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other individuals authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the corresponding legislation. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
