^{Promotion period: from 12:00 a.m. UTC on the 12th of May 2023, till 12:00 p.m. UTC on the 18th of May 2023.}

^{The Promotion is open to Participants from all countries worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Iran, Yemen, Libya, State of Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, The Northern Mariana Islands, USA, Syria, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Sudan, «Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic», temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, «Republic of Artsakh», Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, Kosovo, South Sudan, Canada, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.}

^{The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.} 

^{Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.}

^{Participants of the Promotion are adult users of the WhiteBIT exchange (persons over 18 years of age) who:}

• ^{Registered for the first time on the WhiteBIT website or are already its users and have passed KYC verification;}
• ^{Answered 8 or more questions correctly in the Google form during the Promotion period at the link: https://forms.gle/thr7XaSDqmUApzej6.}

^{IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the stock exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users to manipulate orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.}

^{Any personal data of the Promotion Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.}

^{Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the moment of awarding the Prize, it is established that a person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Promotion Participant by these Rules, such person shall not be entitled to receive the Prize.}

^{Participants of the Promotion have a chance to win one of the Prizes from the Prize Fund of 20 half-year subscriptions to the Diamond Pigs service.}

^{The maximum possible number of Promotion winners is 20 people.}

^{One Winner can win only one Prize.}

^{According to the Promotion results, from 12.11.2023 to 20.11.2023 inclusive, the Organizer forms a list of Participants who meet the Promotion Terms.}

^{The Winners of the Promotion will be determined on November 20, 2023, using the random.org service automatically, among all Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions. The Winners are determined by the number (place in the list on the service https://www.random.org). On November 20, 2023, the Organizer will publish the list of Winners in this article on the WhiteBIT blog and a video with a screen recording of the Winners’ determination process on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel. The Organizer will send the Prizes to the Winners in the form of promotional codes that are activated during registration on the Diamond Pigs website to the e-mail address that the Winners indicated during registration on the WhiteBIT exchange within five business days from the day following the publication of the list of Winners.}

^{If the Winner cannot be contacted or fails to comply with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status, and such right is transferred to the next Winner in the list.}

^{The Winner receives the prize free of charge. No replacement of the Prize is provided. The Winner has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.}

^{The Organizers do not bear any warranty obligations for the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Rules.}

^{In case of non-receipt of the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, by e-mail support@whitebit.com or via chat no later than 12/1/2023 inclusive. If the Winner does not contact the support by 12.01.2023, in particular, regarding the issues of not receiving the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.}

^{The Winners determined by the results of the draw may not transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.}

^{The Promotion Participant has the right to refuse the Prize.} 

^{The Organizer does not compensate the Winner’s additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Income taxation of the Winners who receive the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Participants’ countries.}

^{By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (in particular, but not exclusively, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/raffle of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants thus consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other authorized Organizers and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.}

^{At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to using their surnames and first names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other rules of the Promotion. The winners confirm their agreement to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, particularly on radio and television, and to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.}

^{The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website WhiteBIT and the Organizer’s social networks.}

^{The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations that allow ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision on the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. At the same time, the Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.}

^{The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the work of the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, in particular, e-mail, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer or the circumstances as a result of which postal items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding prize.}
