Terms and Conditions of the “The Quiz with LeisureMeta” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT (https://whitebit.com).
Promotion period: from 2 p.m. (UTC) on the 13th of February 2024 until 2 p.m. (UTC) on the 19th of February 2024.
The territory of the Promotion: the Promotion takes place in all countries except the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands of the United States, Guam, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic”, the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Russian-occupied territories in Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, the Kingdom of Spain, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants must ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their country’s jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to check the admissibility of participation in the Promotion of the Participants and, if necessary, may ask to provide proof of residence or location.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.
The Promotion is not a game of chance, a lottery, a service in the field of gambling business, or a contest; these Terms are not a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Terms:
- Signed up for the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already its user and have passed identity verification (KYC);
- During the Promotion Period, correctly answered 8 or more questions out of 10 questions about LeisureMeta in the Google form via the link.
- In the same Google form, they provided their contact information: nickname on the WhiteBIT exchange.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the conduction period.
Important! While participating in the Campaign, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case the creation of several accounts is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of Participants in the Promotion is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and relations in the field of accounting.
Employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of relationship) do not have the right to participate in the Promotion. If, at the moment of awarding the prize, it is established that a person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant in accordance with these Rules, such a person is not granted the right to receive the Prize.
Participants who have fulfilled all the Conditions of the Promotion have the opportunity to become Winners and win a portion of the Prize Pool, which amounts to 161,000 LM, namely — 8050 LM each.
The maximum possible total number of Winners in the Promotion is 20 individuals. One Winner can receive only one prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion from the 20th of February 2024 to the 27th of February 2024, inclusive, the Organizer compiles a list of Participants who meet the Conditions of the Promotion. The determination of Winners in the Promotion will take place on the 28th of February 2024, using the random.org service, automatically among all Participants who have fulfilled its Conditions. The rating determines the winners who receive the Prize (position in the list on the https://www.random.org/ service).
On the 28th of February 2024, the Organizer will publish the list of Winners in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com) and a video recording of the process of determining the Winners on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel. The Organizer credits the Prizes to the “Main” balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange within 7 business days from the next day after the publication of the list of Winners on the WhiteBIT blog until the 8th of March 2024, inclusive.
Winners of the Promotion will be informed about crediting Prizes by email to the address provided during registration on the https://whitebit.com/ website within 5 business days after the Prize is credited.
In case of inability to contact the Winner or non-compliance with these Rules, such Winner loses the right to receive the prize and the status of the Winner, and this right passes to the next Winner on the list.
The Winner receives the Prize for free and without the possibility of exchange. Substitution of the Prize with its monetary equivalent is not provided. The Winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer. The Organizer does not assume any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms. The received Prize is not subject to return.
Suppose Winners do not receive the prize they are entitled to or face any other difficulties. In that case, Winners must contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, via email support@whitebit.com, or communicate with the Organizer’s agents in the online chat by the 15th of March 2024, inclusive. Winners need to contact regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date to retain the right to receive the Prize.
Winners determined as a result of the Promotion cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to third parties. The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize. The Organizer does not compensate the Winner for additional expenses associated with receiving the Prize. Taxation of the income of Winners who have received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of the Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by it to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion in advertising and other ways), and further possible sending of information to the Participant, including advertising, about the Organizer’s subsequent events/contests/promotions/draws. By accepting the data requirements of the Terms, Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other authorized persons by the Organizer and confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, Participants in the Promotion, by participating in the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without any material compensation, as well as consent to comply with other Promotion rules. Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participating in the Promotion in mass media, including radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without payment of any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Conditions and Terms of the Promotion. In case of any changes, information about this will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise among the Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In situations allowing for ambiguous interpretations of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. At the same time, the Decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations providing information exchange between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost, or damaged; or due to which the Participant of the Promotion did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation is considered valid and replaces all other versions.
