Terms of Participation in the Promotion “Send your friend to the Qualifying Tournament”
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
Promotion Period: From 14:00 UTC on March 24, 2025, to 15:00 UTC on April 1, 2025.
Promotion Territory: The Promotion is conducted in all countries except American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Canada, Iran, Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Somalia, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, the United States, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, the “Transnistrian Moldavian Republic,” the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Spain, France, Germany, Lithuania, Australia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Canada, Kosovo, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is held to promote the services of WhiteBIT.

The Promotion is not a gambling activity, lottery, gaming service, or competition. These Terms do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (i.e., all except those listed above) or other individuals legally residing in such countries who meet the following Terms:
- Registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already registered users of the WhiteBIT exchange and have passed identity verification (KYC);
- Followed the WhiteBIT page on Instagram;
- Tagged their friend in the comments to the post with the Qualifying Tournament conditions;
- Reposted this post to their stories, tagged @whitebit, and saved them in the highlights section named “ICTC”*.
*The Participant’s profile must remain public during the Promotion period. The repost must be pinned in the “Highlights” section of the Instagram profile for the duration of the Promotion.
For this condition, WhiteBIT will use 2 Instagram pages in different languages (Ukrainian and English). The Participant can use any of the WhiteBIT Instagram pages.
The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within the Promotion Period.
IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of sub-accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, for marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer and their relatives (first and second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If, at the time of awarding a Prize, it is established that a Participant does not meet the requirements of these Terms, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
Participants who fulfill all the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion may become Winners and win part of the Promotion Prize Pool, namely 100 USDC (10 USDC per Winner, which will be credited in the form of a WhiteBIT Code**).
** WhiteBIT code is a tool that allows transferring assets between exchange wallets instantly and fee-free.
The maximum number of Winners of the Promotion is 10 people.
Based on the results of the Promotion from April 1, 2025, to April 7, 2025, the Organizer will compile a list of all Participants who fulfilled the Promotion’s Conditions.
The Winners of the Promotion who will receive the Prize will be determined on April 7, 2025, using the random.org service automatically among all the Promotion Participants who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions during the Promotion period.
Each Winner may receive only one Prize.
The list of all Winners who will receive a Prize from the Prize Pool and their nicknames will be published in this article on the WhiteBIT blog on April 7, 2025.
The Prize in the form of a WhiteBIT Code will be credited by the Organizer within 5 business days after the end of the Promotion by sending a personal message to the Winner’s Instagram account, which he/she used for reposting.
The Winners receive the Prize free of charge. Substitution of the Prize for its monetary equivalent is not allowed. The Winners of the Promotion are not entitled to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The Prize received cannot be exchanged or returned.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received under this Promotion and in accordance with these Rules.
In the event the Prize is not received, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in the case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or in the chat no later than April 21, 2025. If the Winner fails to contact support by April 21, 2025, including regarding non-receipt of the Prize, the Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winner determined through the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not reimburse any additional expenses incurred by the Winner in relation to receiving the Prize. The taxation of the Winner’s income derived from the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Winner’s country.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary actions related to it (including, but not limited to, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in other ways), as well as to send the Participant information, in particular, of an advertising nature, about the following events/contests/promotions/giveaways of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for the purpose of use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by participating in the Promotion, the Promotion Participants confirm their consent to the use of their names and surnames without any material compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews about their participation in the Promotion in the media, in particular, on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for the production of graphic materials without any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photos will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. Information about any changes will be provided on the Organizer’s website, https://whitebit.com.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion Participants regarding the Prize. In situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Promotion Organizer shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law. At the same time, the decision of the Promotion Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the work of telecommunication companies, postal services, including email, for any mistakes of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that provide information exchange between the Promotion Participants and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which mail items were not received, received late, lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to the translation into several languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be considered valid and shall supersede all other versions.
