Taking part in the biggest crypto event of the year? Here’s something to remember it by. Participate in the International Crypto Trading Cup 2025 and unlock the exclusive ICTC Skin for your WhiteBIT Nova digital card.

How It Works:

1. Sign up on WhiteBIT and complete KYC verification (great if you’ve already done it).
2. Get your WhiteBIT Nova virtual card (also great if you already have one).
3. Join the International Crypto Trading Cup 2025.
4. Open at least one position on the futures market from the ICTC 2025 Sub-Account.

Once all steps are completed, the ICTC Skin will automatically appear in the Card Design section of your WhiteBIT Nova account on May 16, 2025.

Already have a Nova card and planning to trade in the competition? You’re all set—just open that first position and enjoy your new look.

Terms and Conditions of the “ICTC Skin for WhiteBIT Nova Digital Card” Promotion

The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.

Promotion period: From 1 PM UTC on May 9, 2025, to 7 PM UTC on May 10, 2025.

Promotion Territory: The Promotion is held in all countries except the following: American Samoa, the American Virgin Islands, Guam, the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Yemen, the State of Libya, the State of Palestine, the Freely Associated State of Puerto Rico, the Federal Republic of Somalia, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the “Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic,” the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, the Republic of Kosovo, Canada, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The responsibility for ensuring their legal participation by the legislation or regulations of their jurisdiction lies with the Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants’ right to participate and may request confirmation of residence or location if necessary.

The Promotion is held with the primary goal of popularizing the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest, and these Terms are not a public promise of reward.

Information about the Promotion is provided based on advertising rights.

Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:

1. Have registered on the WhiteBIT website for the first time or are already users who have completed identity verification (KYC);
2. Have opened a WhiteBIT Nova digital card;
3. Have joined the International Crypto Trading Cup 2025 — solo or with your squad.
4. Have opened at least one position on the futures market during the tournament from the ICTC 2025 Sub-Account.

The Terms of the Promotion must be fulfilled within its specified period.

IMPORTANT! Participation in the Promotion prohibits multiple registrations on the exchange (using multiple accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (i.e., have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts), collaboration with affiliated users, and/or sub-account users owned by the Participant to manipulate the Terms of the Promotion is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second account and any subsequent multiple accounts.

Any personal data of Participants is processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relationships, advertising relationships, tax relations, and accounting purposes.

B2B representatives, employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, as well as their relatives (first and second degrees of kinship), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If it is determined at the time of awarding the Prize that the person who participated in the Promotion is ineligible according to these Rules, such a person will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Participants who meet all the Promotion Terms become Winners and receive a Prize from the Prize Pool, specifically: an ICTC Skin for the WhiteBIT Nova digital card for each Winner.

The maximum number of Promotion Winners is unlimited.

Winners are determined automatically once the Participant fulfills the Promotion Terms on May 15, 2025. Prizes are awarded on May 16, 2025.

The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. The Prize cannot be exchanged for its monetary equivalent. The Winner of the Promotion is not entitled to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.

The received Prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

The Organizer does not provide any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received under this Promotion and on the terms defined in these Rules.

In case of failure to receive the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in the event of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support at the website https://whitebit.com, via email at support@whitebit.com, or in the chat no later than May 23, 2025, inclusive. If the Winner does not address the issue of failing to receive the Prize by the specified date, they forfeit their right to the Prize.

Winners determined based on the results of the Promotion cannot transfer their rights to receive the Prize to third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.

The Organizer does not reimburse the Winner for any additional expenses related to receiving the Prize. Taxation of the Winners’ income, who have received the Prize, is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Participants’ countries.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by them, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion, perform all necessary related actions (including, but not limited to, informing about the results of the Promotion both in advertisements and otherwise), and for the further possible sending of information, including promotional content, regarding future events/competitions/promotions/raffles of the Organizer. By accepting these Terms, Participants thereby consent to the processing of personal data for the Organizer’s use and/or by other persons authorized by the Organizer. They also confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the provided information, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/ua/privacy-policy.

At the same time, Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any monetary compensation and agree to comply with other Rules of the Promotion. Winners confirm their consent to give promotional interviews regarding participation in the Promotion to media, including radio and television, and to be photographed for the creation of graphic materials without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer shall have exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms and timeline of the Promotion. In the event of any changes, information will be provided on the website https://whitebit.com and on the Organizer’s social media platforms.

The Organizer does not engage in disputes that may arise between Participants of the Promotion regarding the Prize. In situations allowing ambiguous interpretation of these Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the Organizer of the Promotion shall make the final decision in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation. At the same time, the decision of the Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of telecommunication service providers, postal services, including email, any errors by employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations facilitating the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or circumstances due to which a Participant of the Promotion did not receive the respective Prize.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies related to translations into multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and shall supersede all other versions.
