The Terms and Conditions of the “AITECH Quiz” Promotion
The Organizer of the Promotion is WhiteBIT.
The promotion period is from 3 PM UTC on March 18, 2025, to 3 PM UTC on March 25, 2025.
Promotion territory: The Promotion is available in all countries except for American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Islamic Republic of Iran, Republic of Yemen, State of Libya, State of Palestine, the freely associated state of Puerto Rico, Federal Republic of Somalia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, United States of America, Syrian Arab Republic, Republic of Sudan, Republic of South Sudan, “Transnistrian Moldovan Republic,” French Republic, Federal Republic of Germany, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Ambazonia, Republic of Kosovo, Canada, Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation, and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residence or location if necessary.
The Promotion is held to promote the WhiteBIT brand.

The Promotion is not a gambling game, lottery, gambling service, or contest; these Terms do not constitute a public promise of reward.
Information about the Promotion is provided for advertising purposes.
Participants of the Promotion are adult citizens of non-prohibited countries (that is, except those specified above) or other persons who are legally present in the territory of such countries and who have fulfilled the following Conditions:
- Registered for the first time on the WhiteBIT website or are existing users who have completed identity verification (KYC);
- During the Promotion period, answered all ten questions about AITECH correctly in the Google form linked, and provided their WhiteBIT exchange username.

Promotion Conditions must be met within the Promotion period.
IMPORTANT! It is prohibited to register multiple times on the exchange (using multiple accounts) during participation in the Promotion. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, each Participant may only register once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or sub-accounts) or collaboration with affiliated users and/or sub-account users owned by the Participant to manipulate the Promotion’s Terms is prohibited and will lead to the closure of all accounts without the owner’s consent. If multiple accounts are created, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.
Any personal data of Participants will be processed to ensure participation in the Promotion, marketing relations, advertising relations, tax relations, and accounting relations.
B2B representatives, employees, representatives, agents of the Organizer, and their relatives (first- and second-degree kin) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. If it is determined at the time of awarding the Prize that the person who participated in the Promotion cannot be a Participant according to these Rules, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.
20 Participants who meet all the Promotion Conditions have the chance to become Winners and win a share of the Prize Pool, which totals 12,000 AITECH, specifically 600 AITECH each.
The maximum number of Winners in the Promotion is 20.
A single Winner can only receive one Prize.
Based on the results of the Promotion from March 25, 2025, to April 3, 2025, the Organizer will compile a list of Participants who have met the Promotion’s Conditions.
The determination of the Winners of the Promotion will take place on April 3, 2025, using the service random.org, automatically among all Participants of the Promotion who have fulfilled its Terms and Conditions. The Winners will be determined based on their ranking (position in the list on the service https://www.random.org/).
On April 3, 2025, the Organizer will publish the list of Winners in this article on the WhiteBIT blog (https://blog.whitebit.com/) and a video recording of the process of determining the Winners on the WhiteBIT YouTube channel.
The Organizer will credit the Prizes to the Main balances of the Winners on the WhiteBIT cryptocurrency exchange within 7 business days from the day after the publication of the list of Winners in the WhiteBIT blog, no later than April 14, inclusive.
The Winners of the Promotion will be informed about the Prize crediting via an email sent to the email address provided during registration on the website https://whitebit.com/, within 5 business days after the Prize is credited.
The Winner receives the Prize free of charge. There is no provision for replacing the Prize with its monetary equivalent, and the winner of the Promotion has no right to demand any other compensation from the Organizer.
The received Prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
The Organizer does not provide any warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within this Promotion and under the conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
If the Winner does not receive the Prize, if they were entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner must contact online support on the website https://whitebit.com, via the email address support@whitebit.com, or in the chat no later than April 21, 2025, inclusive. If the Winner does not contact support regarding the non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they lose the right to receive the Prize.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
If the Winner fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, such Winner loses the right to receive the Prize and the Winner status, and such right is transferred to the next Winner in the list.
The Winner shall receive the Prize free of charge and without the option for exchange. Substitution of the Prize for its cash equivalent is not permitted. The Winner shall not be entitled to request any alternative compensation from the Organizer.
The Organizer bears no warranty obligations regarding the Prize received within the framework of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
The received Prize is not subject to return.
In case of not receiving the Prize, if the Winner was entitled to it, or in case of any other difficulties, the Winner should contact online support on the https://whitebit.com website, to the e-mail address support@whitebit.com or write to the Organizer’s agents via online chat no later than April 21, 2025, inclusively. If the Winner does not apply within the specified period, including in the case of non-receipt of the Prize, such Winner loses the right to receive it.
The Winners determined by the results of the Promotion cannot transfer the right to receive the Prize to third parties.
The Winner of the Promotion has the right to refuse the Prize.
The Organizer does not compensate for the additional expenses of the Winner related to the receipt of the Prize. Taxation of the income of the Winners who received the Prize is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the countries of Participants.
By participating in the Promotion, the Participant understands and agrees that any information voluntarily provided by him, including the Participant’s personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties involved by him. The information may be processed to conduct the Promotion, to carry out all necessary actions related to it (including, but not exclusively, informing about the Promotion results both in advertising and in another way), as well as further possible sending of information to the Participant, including of an advertising nature, about the following events/competitions/promotions/draws of the Organizer. By accepting the requirements of these Terms, the Participants hereby consent to such processing of personal data for use by the Organizer and/or other persons authorized by the Organizer and confirm their full understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes of processing the information provided, as well as the privacy policy: https://whitebit.com/privacy-policy.
At the same time, by their participation in the Promotion, the Participants of the Promotion confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and names without financial compensation, as well as their agreement to comply with other Conditions of the Promotion. The Winners confirm their consent to provide advertising interviews about participation in the Promotion in the media, including on radio and television, as well as to be photographed for producing graphic materials without paying them any monetary compensation. All exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs will belong to the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions. In case of any changes, information about them will be provided on the https://whitebit.com website and the Organizer’s social networks.
The Organizer does not enter into disputes that may arise between the Promotion’s Participants concerning the Prize. In situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of these Terms and/or issues not regulated by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion makes the final decision in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the countries of Participants. In this case, the decision of the Organizer of the Promotion is final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operation of the services of telecommunications companies, postal communication, in particular e-mail, for any errors of the employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances as a result of which postal items did not arrive, arrived late, were lost or damaged; or as a result of which the Promotion Participant did not receive the corresponding Prize.
In case of any discrepancy or inaccuracy in the translation of the multiple languages used in the Promotion, the English translation shall be deemed valid and supersede all other versions.
